Fantastic location, courteous staff, clean, comfortable bed and unique bathroom--the price was reasonable, too. This is exactly the type of small property I love to stay at --a delightful breakfast also included (the waffles to die for!). Great local dining recommendations, too. We had a fabulous 2 night stay here a couple of weeks ago. Our room, although fairly small, was quaint and unique.
