We cannot say enough positive about Auberge aux deux lions. The owners were warm and accommodating, the rooms spacious, clean and cool in the hot summer, comfortable, and our daughter's practicing her bass was well received (we were taking her to a nearby music festival, Domaine Forget, also a beautiful place). Perhaps best of all are the fresh croissants made... More

Recently stayed two nights in this three star hotel. Friendly staff, some of whom spoke English, one spoke Spanish, otherwise got along okay with my limited French. Nice continental breakfast for $9.50. Fifteen rooms of decent size, quiet, free wifi, reasonable amenities, slightly musty smell .. maybe carpet needs cleaning. Parking is $15/ night and worth it compared to in... More

10-min walk to the Old City, clean and cozy room and premises, well-equipped kitchen to share, but most important is that the staff is very friendly and helpful (they helped us in elaborating very efficient itineraries).

This is a nice place to stay in Quebec City. Good location and close to old town. There is a shared living room and kitchen which is perfect for people travelling with young kids. The owner and the staff are very nice, giving us a lot ideas and advice about the old town, restaurant, etc. Will definitely choose this hotel... More

The people were very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the old city. The rooms were pleasant, if a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was awful. We didn't have the breakfast as it was rather pricey. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Auberge Aux Deux Lions, it was a wonderful hotel. We are a family of 6, so we needed two hotel rooms. Both rooms were very clean, quiet, and dark at night! The staff was super friendly and gave us some great suggestions for seeing things in the city.

Welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. A pleasant but small room. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Graffitti Restaurant. A good location. The airconditioning was however noisy and the breakfast was very basic with minimal availability of for example, croissants which was a shame

We stayed with two small children and couldn't have had a nicer stay. The room was large, immaculate, and very quiet. The staff was helpful, patient with all our questions, and gave excellent advice and tips; they even directed us to places to take the kids on our one rainy afternoon. We appreciated the full kitchen (minus the stove) as... More

We stayed at the auberge for 3 nights. The reception staff were extremely helpful on arrival helping us with luggage up the steps. The room was on the ground floor next to the side entry door but we were only disturbed once in early hours. Our room was large with fridge and kitchenette. Comfortable bed and a bath tub plus... We stayed here last week, and will stay here again next time we are in Quebec City. Nicely renovated, located in a pleasant neighborhood, and a walkable distance to old town. A block in the other direction is Avenue Cartier with a variety of restaurants to explore. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The shared kitchen was convenient to... More
