For our 3 day visit to Quebec we booked a room in Aux Trois Balcons. We got the Charlevoix, which is a spacious room on the first floor, with a window on the side of the house wich makes the room quiet, but also a bit on the dark side. The room was comfortable, very cosy and clean. With even... more

I stayed here a few days with my girlfriend to check out Carnival, Quebec's winter festival, and the place far exceeded my expectations as a B&B. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our friendly host (forget her name...sorry!), who showed us around and answered our questions about the place and the city. She set us up with the free wireless... more

We stayed here for 2 nights in September. This is an older property close to a number of shops and restaurants. The accomodation was clean and the breakfasts were more than adaquate. The property is convenient for the buses to Quebec although it is not very far to walk into the old town. Although we were expecting parking to be... more

I had read the prior TripAdvisor reviews, and those helped up choose this location for our visit to Quebec City in August. We were not disappointed. We've stayed at B&B's many times before and the breakfast served here is unsurpassed. The breakfast is gourmet by any standards. I'd stay here happily again. The location is quiet and close to restaurants... more

Choosing a destination from the Internet alone made me wonder whether I would be disappointed -- not at all! My three nights at Aux Trois Balcons proved to be a delight for the senses -- and at a very reasonable price. Madame Isabel provides clean, airy, fragrant accommodations in a charming building within walking distance of the Old City. She... more

Sometimes while on vacation your experiences surpass your expectations and our stay at Aux Trois Balcons in Quebec city, was just such a moment. Our typical stay when traveling is usually at an all inclusive or four star plus hotel so we didn’t really have any expectations when we decided to try a bed and breakfast to experience more of... more

During a trip across Canada by train, we decided to stay at this B&B in Quebec City. It was a great experience. The room was at the back of the house, and quite charming. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an event every morning with several different dishes, and even a dessert. Quite the way to start the morning.... more

Trois Balcons is a lovely place to stay, great location in a part of the city that feels less touristy than inside the walls of Vieux Quebec, yet walkable to everything. Beautiful art graces the walls, nice music at breakfast-- and what a meal. A light and airy chocolate croissant and other breads, omelette with herbs and tomato cooked directly... more

My wife and I stayed at Trois Balcons while visiting Quebec City to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. This B & B has wonderful ambiance and the owner, Isabelle, makes you feel right at home. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. Her presentation of the breakfasts makes you feel like your at the Chateau Frontenac - except... more

Aux Trois Balcons was a good choice for a short stay in Quebec. It is situated very near the Battlefields Park and Musee de beaux arts de Quebec just off the main road called Grand Allee. It is about 25 minutes walk to Old Quebec but there is a bus which runs along the main road that you can use... more
