Stayed here during a recent convention. Location is perfect -- right behind the Chateau Frontenac, just next to the funicular down to the old town. And close to shops, restaurants, easy walk to the Centre de Congress (convention center). Everything was just lovely from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted by a very polite staff who not only upgraded us to a bigger room for free but also recommended a great restaurant for us to have our first meal in Quebec.
