Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated which creates alot of old world charm. Huge wood-framed windows that open up "the old fashion way". High ceilings, crown molding, marble fireplace (not operating). Our room had a very large bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Narrow staircase to climb - no elevators. Parking just down the block in an underground garage. Can walk... More

We stayed in room 3 and we absolutely loved it. We didn't even have one of the really exciting rooms but it was still awesome. The small hotel had so much character while still maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional hotel experience. It was really nice that there was an underground parking lot that they were partnered with close by,... More

We stayed in room 22 for the first time on sat August 15 for 1 night. We were very pleasantly happy to see how big and clean the room was. The bathroom was very clean. We left to continue on our journey and decided on our way back home that we wanted to come back and spend another night at... More

Stayed 4 nights in June. It is a small hotel but our room on the second floor was large and over-looked the main street with 2 large windows in the room and another in the bathroom. Bathroom was also large with space to move around and place toiletries. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The people at the... More

My girlfriend and I tend to stay at quirky little B&Bs when we travel, and this place definitely fit the bill. The front desk is in the gift shop next door, and the room itself was really nothing special in terms of amenities. In addition, they did not provide any maps (unless we wanted to purchase them), and asking for... More

This hotel has one of the best location in Old Quebec for a very fair price. Only a few minutes walk from both Chateau Frontnac ant the Parliament, it is simple, yet comfortable and clean. There is no front desk or elevator.

My boyfriend and I wanted an inexpensive couple of days away and we chose this hotel in Quebec City. It is a PERFECT location, right on the Rue Saint Louis, which is the same street as the Hotel Frontenac and several amazing restaurants. We parked our car in a locked, heated lot across the street using tickets that we purchased... More

We chose it for location and for cheaper parking than in other hotels. Big room, big bathroom, minibar refrigerator, and they even has a coffee machine! Steep stairs - not for people with knee problems, wooden shutters instead of curtains, noiseless A/C on the wall that kept the temperature at 68, as we set it to be. The only not... More

Absolutely close to everything. We arrived by train so parking was not an issue. A short taxi ride from the train station. The public bus & eco bus stop right across the street. Some of the best restaurants just a short walk. Very clean & spacious. Refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker. Table for two overlooking the street below. AC... More
