Beautiful small hotel. The rooms are stylish and interesting, although a bit small...but in a compact way. I would not suggesting upgrading to a suite from a standard room as after seeing both the suite is not too much larger than a standard room. Unpleasant Experience The drastic slant of the padded ceiling left only 1/3 of the small room accessable while standing. Extremely narrow windows flanking this ceiling could not lighten the dark interior, despite the brightness of the day. At night, turning on the bathroom light flooded the sleeping area with light through a large and impractical glass panel. When we complained... more

The Sainte-Anne hotel was a delightful surprise when we arrived in Quebec city! We stayed for two nights in a lovely suite with beamed ceilings, exposed brick and a luxurious bathroom with a soaker tub. The staff was excellent, the food delicious, the best location in town!
