We went to Quebec for the Carnaval. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room although small, was very comfortable, one of the better hotel beds I have slept on in a hotel. The location could not have been better. The hotel was in a quiet part of town but still only a five minute walk from the... More

Very nice location. Right in the old city and near the citadel. for those who like to browse or window shop, you are located next to a commercial street. The room is on the cozy (small) side. However, you do have a fridge and coffeemaker. The bed was soooooo confortable. I am not usually able to sleep the first night... More

We stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, inside the walled city and within walking distance to all the sights inside and outside the walls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and allowed us to store our bags for the day as we arrived at 9:00am. The complimentary breakfast is a short walk around the corner and had a... More

The hotel was located within the Old City walls itself. Everything in Upper Town and Lower Town is withing walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights in early Sept 2012, in a 2 double bed room. The 2 beds faced each other, separated by a set of tables and chairs in the middle, making the room quite big. Heavy curtains... More

We stayed in an economy class room and figured out very quickly that it wasn't worth what we were paying for. We don't recommend staying in the economy room on the first floor. this hotel is connected to hotel Acadia, so we were shown alternatives there.

Great location inside the walls of the old city so very convenient to all the sights. Another important feature was it is on a quiet street. Rooms are a good size and the price is very reasonable for the old city. Less convenient is the lack of a lift and we were on the top floor. Also there is no... More

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Quebec City. The hotel itself is located in the Old City (Vieux Quebec) in a calm sitestreet of the busy St. Jean Street. Everything in Old Quebec, both Upper Town (Haute Ville) and Lower Town (Bas Ville), is within walking distance. So the location of the hotel is perfect for... More

Pro: Good Location, Breakfast included, Valet Parking for 18$ per day (although I had a bad falling to hand my car over), free (sometimes working) Internet, good equiped (tv, iron board, hairdryer, e.g.) and it seems to be clean Cons: absolutely noisy - we were located on the op floor and hear the family under us discussing or the guy... Dear guest, We're sorry to see that your stay with us didn't met your expectations. We're actually completing renovation of the upper floor rooms that can explain a part of the noise, they also done some publics works on the street during this period a situation that was out of our control. Looking forward to welcome you again during a... More

lovely period building inside city walls. Nice breakfast included in great price - twin room was plenty big enough. Check in was down the road a few feet, but not a biggy. This hotel was great - perfect location right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast included was delicious. What a deal for just $80/nite. And the rooftop hot tub right across the street at the sister hotel, Acadia, was perfect after a long day of siteseeing. The restaurant right next door, L'Amoure... More
