I enjoyed my stay. It is very convenient to downtown. Everyone was very helpful. My husband was upset that the AC did not work better. I loved the bathtub and the spacious bathroom even though it wasn't in my room.

Expectations were low given the price we were paying, and we'd booked the economy half-basement with a shared bathroom. However, on arrival we were told we'd been upgraded to a regular room with a private bathroom, which was lovely. The place was very nice inside. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful, and gave us a map that... More

Overall quite nice. But I was staying during a warmer time of year (July 2014) and the A/C was useless. The fan mode was equally cool as the "High A/C" mode, and since the A/C is a window mounted unit, the window is screwed shut. I would have preferred being able to open the window over having a useless A/C... More

It is a nice Auberge, but it was not what i expected. In fact, those are houses that were transformed in auberge rooms. I had difficulty to arrive to the auberge, there was a construction in front of the facility. I liked the déjeneur in the morning, but at the end I paid a few more than the reservation done... More

The hotel is not in the same centre of Quebec, but there is a bus stop near the hotel and the bus goes rather often. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the centre. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Wi Fi was not free - they asked 5 dollars. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.... More

Stayed in Room 406 which is a studio facing the street. The room was VERY clean and the full-sized bed was quite comfortable. It had a microwave, mini-fridge, its own bathroom with a large tub, hardwood floors and an older TV. Because the room is so small, I recommend it for a one-night stay only. (There's a dresser but no... More

You are always taking a chance and this was the last hotel of my vacation. All the others had been great but that all changed with this very seedy hotel. I stayed in a house behind the actual hotel. The room had broken blinds, a dresser with everything from wrappers to a 2009 phone book in the drawers as well... More

Our room we were put in looked nothing like the photos you see here. He took us into the back into this tiny room in this separate building. We were woken up by what must be the hotel owner's extended family that stays in that back building at 6 or 7 A.M. due to the children yelling in the hallway... More

The staff was very welcoming and although the room was quite small it was comfortable and clean. The location is great, not far from Old Quebec, and walking distance from a few restaurants. Overall, it was well worth the price and I would consider returning if I find myself in Quebec again.
