We were there during winter, it was nice to be right in the center of action. Next to the hotel there is skating ring outside. Few minutes away from Chateau Frontenac. Hotel has a underground parking that felt heated. We went to the pool with kids who enjoyed the moment. There was a lot of activits planned on second floor... More

This hotel is just as excellent as when we were first here years ago - so glad we came back. One of the more reasonably priced options in the "Old Quebec" vicinity, this hotel is literally one very short block from one of the gates into the old town - at the top (a 2-minute walk). So... great location. We... More

Spent one night on business in mid December. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Got a clean and fairly updated corner room with two large windows. Breakfast is not included and could be quite pricey at the local restaurant but there are various options nearby. Not a bad location if you want to visit old Quebec on foot but not... More

This is a great choice, the location is excellent, the rooms are lovely and redone, For not much more money you can have a suite, with plenty of room and a pull out couch for the children, and a tv in each room. Spacious bathroom and mini kitchen area too. You can get a room facing into the attrium pool... More

My daughter and I stayed there for one night. The only good thing is the size of the room. But the room was very cold. Out side it was -13C. The reception was even chiller and aggressive. She sent a technician who said it will start to warm in ten minutes. But it didn't, and they refused to re-send him.... More

Living room had nice sofa that turns into a bed 2 large screen TV The pool is nice and has a hot tub next to it. Decoration is a little flamboyant for... More

This hotel is right next to the beginning of the old city. It is walking distance to every major attraction including Les Plaines d'Abraham, Parliament and the conversion centre. The mini-suite was very spacious and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again because of its good value.

The Buffet Breakfast costs $30, but Federal and Provincial taxes bring it up to $34.49. But there's an additional charge guests need to be aware of - a waitress who was working on Tuesday, October 13 and Friday, October 16 without a name tag adds her own tip to the bill, rather than leave it at the guest's discretion. I'm... More

Great location very good concierge team reception team very hit and miss with quite poor attitudes to guests at times. Lovely room and pool was good as well. Would recommend for location and ambiance but reception people need to be upskilled to work with world travellers.
