Everything is within a 10 minute walk. Compared to the other large hotels in Old Quebec very hard to beat price and location. The Delta is another block further from the sites. The entire staff was helpful and polite, from the waiters to concierge. The kids loved the indoor pool which was maintained by attendant the whole time.

I went with a large school group chaperoning a trip. The rooms were large, spacious and came with just about everything you could ask for. The buffet breakfast was to die for and the location is just perfect (I went for a run in the morning and it's the perfect spot to see the city). Beds are very comfortable and... More

Let's start with the bad news, which is the $15/head buffet breakfast. It's awful. The eggs are reconstituted, there was no bacon, the ham was thin, mean and curling at the edges, the croissants were stale, and the glasses for juice were thimble sized. This is a sad come-down. I stayed here 10 years ago, and, at that time, the... More

We are a family of four with two boys age 17 and 15. We recently stayed at this hotel that is very centrally located. We got the family suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch it also had a fridge, microwave, and a safe. The room layout was excellent it was a separate sink outside the toilet. There... More

I can't say enough about this hotel! Finally a room big enough for us to spread out in, beds so comfortable that I wanted to bring mine home, and best of all it was in the perfect location with a short walk to everything. The price was much less than I expected to pay and the staff friendly and accommodating.... More

Just outside the walled city of Old Quebec and beside Marriot is this old style fancy hotel. It goes very well with the experience and ambiance of the past luxury that the rich enjoyed. Now it is affordable for the common traveler. Fancy curtains and bedding and in the washroom glass sliding doors and all the usual appliances and toiletries.

Came for a two day business conference. This is an old stately hotel that has been updated to current standards. My room was a small suite with a sitting room off the bedroom. Very comfortable. The bathroom fixtures have all been updated. The staff was very pleasant and always helpful, switching easily from French to English for me. The poll... More

I arrived at the hotel a little after 1PM asked if we could get into our room we reserved. The counter girl looks at the computer and says no. When can we get in. 4 o'clock is when all the rooms will be ready. I was only looking for mine and asked if Housekeeping could work on it now with... More

My daughters class stayed here on their end of the year trip and I was a chaperone. Short walk from the Plains of Abraham, Quebec Legislature and local shops. Pool is small but clean. Rooms where nice. Hardwood floors were installed improperly which makes it look a little cheap, but the staff are great and the restaurant is awesome.
