Great hostel. Very clean, friendly staff, great location. You can walk to everything from this hostel. Nice big kitchen to use too. The staff were all very helpful. My french is not good at all and they were more than willing to help me out.

Cheap, Clean, Comfortable!! The place to go in Québec for low budget! The hostel is ideally located in the old town next to all the city's activites. The personnel is very nice and helpful! Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Great place!

Visited in Dec 2012, beautiful city, perfect location. Staff very helpful, willing to help out with bookings as I don't speak French. New bathrooms in an historical old building- bonus! Great mix of people too.

A fine hostel in the heart of old Quebec. Has an old hostel vibe without being horrible and dirty. Showers are cleaned daily and rooms were massive (stayed in a 6 bed dorm that was double the size of any other 6 bed dorm I've ever stayed in!). The hostel is really old, the beds needs to be changed and the staff is not friendly at all. I have to say that the breakfast is good and the location is very convenient. They forgot to give us the towels and they forgot to prepare the picnic breakfast before leaving.
