This hostel was a wonderful place to begin an adventure in Quebec City. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. They were always willing to help you find your destination or provide the places locals go to (ask for Frederic). The hostel felt cozy with spaces for more vibrant interaction (their bar and restaurant) or more solitary and quiet moments... More

This hostel exceeded all of my expectations. It could not have been in a more perfect location (right in Old Quebec, close to everything) and was absolutely spotless. We stayed in a 6-person female room and it was so cheap and perfect! There are lots of rooms for hanging out in and even getting work done (we're students). It was... More

We stayed here during Winter Carnival and found it to be a great location. The activities were in walking distance, along with the parking garage that my car was staying in. They have a room with tv, video games, and old VHS movies. The lobby area is fine, with tables to write a postcard or two. The breakfast of boiled... More

We had a reservation last weekend at Hi Quebec. Friday night, when we was at the bus station to take the bus, my bag was stolen (with my passport and all my ID documents inside). That was around 18.45h. We callled the hostel at 19.30h, as soon as we could, to inform them that we couldn't arrive to the hostel,... More

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely old building in the heart of Quebec City. The staff are helpful and accommodating. We went on the bus trip to the waterfall, it was good to have activities on offer as we were reaching the end of our week long stay and were finding it hard to find extra activities. The... More

I stayed here when I visited Quebec, for my first time at a hostel it was really good, the bed was comfortable, the staff was really nice, clean bathroom and clean room, the breakfast was o.k, and the bar has a great bartender. I totally stay here again.

It was my first time in an hostel... In few words: clean, quiet (in our section), a little expensive (110$ per night, private room, private bathroom), I was somewhat expecting something cheaper... but I know it's way more expensive in other hôtels around... the kitchen is like a cafeteria, very nice bread. We had nice breakfast there (poached egg, cereal,... More
