I found this B&B through TripAdvisor and made reservation by e-mailing the owner directly. We stayed in the very clean, spacious and cute Green attic room. There are self tea service table on the guestroom floor, where we could enjoy hot drinks any time we wanted. Also there are two bathrooms, which we appreciated greatly because we had some inconvenience at... more
My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our two night stay at the Au Croissant De Lune. The location is perfect to access Old Quebec, the parks, and Rue de St Jean, yet is located on a quiet street. The owners Rene and Louise are full of valuable information and were extremely helpful in assisting us with our... more
A friend and I stayed here for a weekend during Winter Carnival. We stayed in the green room (two twin beds in the attic, with a private landing on the second floor). A charming, private room (though I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has trouble walking, as the attic stairs are quite steep). Louise and René are very friendly... more
I stayed at Au Croissant de lune just this past week for two nights. Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Quebec city. As described in their homepage, it is located in the middle of bustling old Quebec city residential area, within stone's throw from the tourist sites of Quebec city. Very close to bus/train station as well... more
I found this B&B from TripAdvisor reviews and loved it! I stayed in Quebec City for 4 nights but could only get 2 nights here since they were fully booked. The hosts showed gracious hospitality, the breakfast was sumptuous, and the room clean and quaint, facing a terrace. The location is great, right off Saint Jean Street and very close... more
My teenage son and I recently spent 2 nights at this B&B. We were in the green room (attic) since it had 2 beds. It was very nice and we were glad it was air conditioned as Quebec City was having an unusual mid June heat wave (upper 80s). The location was terrific. The breakfasts were great too. We got... more
My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at Croissant de Lune. Delicious, healthy and filling breakfasts (fruits, crepes, eggs, toast). Charming rooms with nice touches (water refreshed each day at the bedside, fresh soap and towels and your bed made at the end of the day). We stayed in the green room and enjoyed the extra space... more
I add my voice to those recommending this B&B. The hosts are wonderful, English fluent, the breakfasts are quite good, the location is great -- near the tourist areas, but a few blocks away from the bustling tourist hotels. My cabbie had a hard time finding the place, though; it's on a small street a block off of St. Jean.... more
This is a wonderful, affordable bed and breakfast located in the Faubourg Saint-Jean neighborhood, just outside the walls of the old city. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom posed no problem since this B&B only has three rooms. Breakfasts were gourmet with crepes, omelettes, and French toast amongst other choices. All the sites of the old city are... more
