Booked in hotel Acadia but in fact there are multiples hotels from the reception. Had to walk few streets away to hotel Louisburg with our heavy bags. Our room was in the loft with poor air-conditioning and paint peeling everywhere. Not as the photos or advertising. Not honest!

My stay at Hotel Acadia was very nice. The rooms are charming and adorable. From the exposed brick in the rooms to the elegant lighting. The staff was so helpful in guiding me and making suggestions on where to dine. Easy to find and centrally located in the old city. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. They have other boutique... This hotel is one of four properties owned by the same company (Hotel Nouvelle-France), that are all located within steps of each other. Although it is confusing to some, the check-in lobby for all four is here at the Hotel Acadia. Parking is, as one would expect, interspersed around the area, so valet service is included in the price for... More

Spent four days here. We arrived very late on a Friday. We were mostly pleased with the hotel. The hotel is very centrally located and it's an easy walk to the promenade by the Frontenac Hotel or to other places in town. The room we had was very large and included in a jacuzzi. The bathroom was very nice. Furniture... More

My husband and I traveled with our two young children, we had a bad experience at another hotel when we first arrived so we walked into this hotel to see if they had a room available, the staff was very nice and accommodating, they showed us the room before we decided to book it. The room was a very good... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days from June 28th to July 1st and we loved it. We stayed in rm 111 which was beautiful. I was skeptical at first because it is on the lower level but we had a full size window and it didn't feel like a basement. Our room had a fire place, jacuzzi tub... More

Hotel Acadia is in the most convenient location in a quiet street. Room OK and breakfast a few doors away was good. valet parking so no need to worry about the car. Quebec City is a great place to visit, quite touristy and very French.

Hotel Acadia is a two star hotel pretending to be a boutique hotel. They have tarted up a few rooms with a pleasant renovation, but our room was small and the walls were paper thin. We heard the staff talking in a work room next to ours and people pounding on the stairs next to the room. The room was... More

This hotel was well positioned right in the heart of Vieux Quebec, so we could, and did, walk everywhere. The room was exactly as advertised, which I very much appreciated. I felt there was great value for the money because the location is so superb. The room had charm, but was also very modern. Everything had been upgraded and was... More

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel; I took my wife here for her 50th birthday, and we came back. We took a bigger room, since we had our great friend from Belgium visiting us and travelling with us. We stayed 2 nights in a fantastic room, had a wonderful buffet breakfast, and enjoyed a couple of... More
