Stayed one night in April. Small room but well appointed and very clean. Reception staff charming and outgoing. Very well located. No hot water for a few hours but technician called as soon as we complained. We booked through Booking.com and had the room for $110 on a busy long weekend. Very satisfied.

Convenient to downtown and everything within the old city and port. The room seemed smaller than in the photos and the bathroom was very small but newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast was decent but the same everyday. It is not in the hotel but a short walk to a nice restaurant. I very much love this city!

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The room cost includes a lovely breakfast in a cool restaurant 1 block away The service at the reception is clearly above average in every respect, from the valet parking to the very fair service we received after an unfortunate incident in our room. Everything was handled professionally... More

This a great spot to stay, centrally located within walking distance of a lot of things. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and bilingual! Many shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is on a hill as many are and does not have an elevator (that we could see) so be prepared to climb stairs. The rooms are beautifully... More

We were looking for a nice hotel in the heart of Quebec City, and the Acadia matched our needs splendidly. The room (220) was exactly as expected: charming, clean, good beds, in fact the one pictured in many photos online. It was a small room for a family of four, but we expected that in old Quebec, it's what you... More

This hotel has its ups and downs. The location is great, just inside city wall can walk anywhere. Historic building and lobby & hallways showing age and smelled a bit of cigarette smoke to me. Room was clean and adequate, enjoyed having fireplace in superior room but do know it is electric fireplace with heater, not gas fireplace. The shower... More

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to share your comment about our hotel Acadia. We're pleased to see that you enjoyed you room and the perfect location. My husband and I stayed at the Acadia for 5 nights during part of Quebec's winter Carnaval. It was exactly as I expected and was a good choice for our needs. We were in one of the "budget" rooms (#201), so it was pretty small, but that was alright with us. The room was about the size of my college... More

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Acadia in old Québec early Jan. 2014. It was an extremely cold weekend so the location of the hotel was fairly good since we did not have to walk too far to make our way around the city. We booked through Expedia, picking the "most luxurious" room the website had to offer for... More

This was a great hotel and a great value for the money. The hot-tub on the roof was an amazing experience in the midst of the cool Quebec winter-weather. The valet, Louis, was the most friendly and helpful person we met during our stay. The deluxe rooms faxing the street are worth paying the extra money for even if you... More
