I last visited here in July of 2015 but actually stayed in this hotel once in 2011, and for eight whole months in 2008. I'm a huge fan of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very nice. Wifi can be spotty in various rooms but such is the nature of places like this. The location is... More

Cold room in a rainy summer night (13C, 55F). Couldn't even stay warm under the blanket. Called at 5pm to find out that in the summer AC only and no heat!! They didn't even have portable heaters. For the amount they charge per night, they should have a better system.

Avoid this place. Dirty suites in the basement of this cramped building. Broken tiles in the bathroom are great for slicing your foot open on. Prepare to sleep with your clothes on and run out at 6am. Staff were friendly, walking distance from most attractions.

Hotel was beautiful, great service, beautiful room and well located. Looking forward to going back. Valet parking was great, we were in room 400 with brick wall. Bathroom was modern. Location was close to the Capitol theatre and many other restaurants.

We stayed in the Hotel Acadia for 3 nights while on vacation in QC. The location is fantastic - turn the corner and you can eat and shop to your heart's content. The staff there is superb! The concierge was the most helpful person we met on our entire trip, and our room was spotless every day. The rooms are... More

Excellent location, historic architecture spacious and comfortable rooms make this a perfect choice for our weekend visit to Quebec City. Helpful front desk and breakfast included plus reasonably priced room rates. Perfect time for Americans to travel to Canada with the cooler weather and favorable exchange rates.

This was one of the only competitively priced hotels that I checked out in Quebec City, so I didn't expect too much...I was pleasantly surprised! We were in room 303 which was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The room comprised of a large flat screen TV with open brickwork and air conditioning unit second to none. We... More

Location is fsntastic! You are in the heart of the old city but on a quiet side street. Hotels on the main street have a constant stream of buses. The room was small but nicely appointed. The bathroom was large with a nice spa tub. Very quiet and no traffic noise. Heat can't be regulated. No elevator. Valet parking.

Spent 3 nights there and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room.Very spacious. The only drawback was that there wasn't an elevator. It was within walking distance of everything and close to the waterfront area.

This cute little boutique hotel in the old city was such a lovely find. Close to the tourist area so it was easy to walk around - no cars or cabs required. The staff are very friendly. The rooms small but quite adequate. Take advantage of the upper deck for R & R in the shade, bring your own beverage.
