Only stayed 1 night whilst touring (Quebec is worth far more than 1 night). Location was good, staff friendly, rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Mainly based on convenient location, would go here again.

Lots of attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Very good location for this, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the parking is not on site; it is across the street which is not really convenient if you get back to the hotel late. Now the bad news, we booked and paid for a room with queen... More

The room that we rented was very large. It was also very clean and comfortable. The parking was $16 per day. You could walk to the old city quickly however it involves walking up a very steep street and a long set of stairs so you will need to be fit and mobile. The underground parking is a bit odd... As others have reported, if you are visiting in the summer avoid this hotel at all costs. I was given a first floor room and it was very hot - 29 degrees. A sign said to call the front desk to adjust the heat in the room (!). I did this and was told that the AC was broken and... More

We choose this hotel for it's downtown location while enjoying the Quebec Music Festival. Unfortunately it felt devoid of charm. We were on the fourth floor and despite setting our AC on 20c, the temp remained at an uncomfortable 25c + all night. The breakfast was the only redeeming fearure of our sleep deprived stay.

Spent one night on 7/13/15. The hotel from the street is not attractive and the area is mostly business/commercial. The check in desk is manned by one person but they were very friendly and helpful. Parking is in a garage across the street and there is no easy way to get there or to unload baggage in front of the... More

Staff was extremely accommodating and rooms were lovely. The area was convenient to all parts of the city. Only complaint was free breakfast was only for one. However the restaurant offered full breakfast at decent price

The location was good it was very close to the old town, also personal was very friendly and if I had a problem they helped me right away. And the breakfast was also really tasty. Personal spoke really good english although their first language seemed to be french.

Very nice hotel, Downtown Quebec City. Walking distance to Old City, if you like walking.... Its clean, comfortable, great service and continental breakfast is reasonable, upgradeable for additional money. Filling and great quaIity. Very small gym, I mean, very small. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, with everything you'd expect in a hotel of this standard. Parking is across the... More

The hotel has been recently renovated. The room we stayed in is very large and very clean. The staff was great (especially Paul) which made this place even better. The hotel is close to the Main Street in the lower city and just a 15 min walk to the upper city and old Quebec. We did not get to try... More
