Clean, quaint, right in the middle of all that the wonderful city of Quebec has to offer--- its staff is outstanding in all respects - kind, polite, professional, jump in to help in any way they can -- we spent 3 wonderful days there and without any doubt, when we go back we will know where home is....Thank you Manoir... First, thank you for sharing your experience with the travel community. We truly appreciate it. Room 11 is one of our classic queen rooms, facing the parliament. As this was historically a private residence, each room varies in size and personality and each room has some art deco period pieces and light fixtures. The views are lovely, especially at night,... As a gift from my son, we stayed here for a week-end. Even from the start, booking this place by phone, the personnel I spoke with was very nice and friendly. When we got there, Gabrielle, checked us in. Explained what we needed to know about parking, free breakfast, complimentary glass of wine at check in, house rules for staying... More

First, I must say I am so sorry about the loss of your dog. We too have a dog, and they really are part of the familly. When Gabrielle told us why you had to leave early, we all felt so terrible. Inspite of it all, you still took the time to write a review and to share your experience... More

For a couple that are very accustomed to renting a whole house on VRBO, La Manoir restored some of our lost faith in this segment of the hospitality industry. We especially enjoyed the approachable owners/staff who treated us like family at every turn. The king size bed was top quality, and had us off in lala land in minutes several... More

Helpful and informative staff make the stay by the old city walls a pleasure. Morning breakfast convenient and tasty. Chapel Room for parent and child was perfect. Great mattress! Close to all the sites in the Old City, and across the street from the historic walls, and 2 blocks from theater district and bus hub.

My husband and I just returned from a week-end stay at Le Manoir d'Auteuil. We were given this as a gift from our boys for Christmas so I had no idea what to expect except from what I read on Tripadvisor. From start to finish our stay was spectacular. We were greeted upon our arrival by Dan who is the... More

The staff is welcoming, always smiling. This is not a hotel, it's like being in someone's house and you're a guest. There's no elevator but this historic little residence really does not need it. It's walking distance to everything and just inside the gates of old Quebec. The staff recommend places to go and and they were bang on. This... More

My partner and I stayed over for a weekend using a Groupon, it was my first time using a voucher at a hotel and I was a little worried. We got stuck in Quebec an extra night and ended up staying here. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and great at recommending places to eat and visit. We stayed in the European room which was located on the top (3rd floor). They do not have elevators because the building is historic but the walk up is nothing. The room... More

I had no intention of writing a review or speaking on this hotel. After a wonderful weekend stay February 5 - 9 I could not miss the chance.
