Quebec City is beautiful, and this great hotel is right in the center of old Quebec; yet a fairly easy walk to get outside the walls. The breakfast was better than many. The staff was very helpful and directed us to a busy, attractive area for a very good meal within walking distance of the hotel. The views and shops... More

Very nice owners, so sweet and friendly. Awesome location, just across a small park from the Frontenac Hotel on the water. Rooms are dated, but it gives it that old French cozy feel. Breakfast was perfect, and the most amazing croissants! Would stay here again.

Excellent location, very clean, hotel staff were very polite and helpful! I am planning on staying there again in the summer if I go back! Is right next to the chateau and is a short walk from many tourist attractions and restaurants

This hotel has a great location inside the fortress walls. The staff were very helpful and eager to serve. The rooms unfortunately are dated and not because of period decorating. The bedding was a disappointment as you were responsible to remove the decorative comforter and place an old wool blanket on you bed. There were lots of pillows but they... More

We had a terrific experience at this small hotel in January 2015. The owners accommodated some requests, greeted us warmly, and were ever-present to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was varied and tasty, especially the warm croissants. The location inside the city walls is excellent, a short walk to all the... More

Although we just spent one night after we returned from a fabulous Cruise up the New England Coast and on up to Quebec City, we would definitely recommend Le Chateau de Pierre for an extended stay to anyone visiting the City. It's location is PERFECT for exploring downtown Quebec with fabulous restaurants and shops. The horse drawn carriages meander around... More

My husband and I, plus 2x teens stayed here last month. The hotel is in a convenient location in the old town, but as previously noted, is not in a super busy area. We were impressed by the friendly service and the clean rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, the owners were exceptionally nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and charming rooms with old world flavor. Our room had a very small bathroom, but no other real downsides.

Charming, impeccably clean and run by a friendly and helpful owner and staff, this small hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the walled city of Old Quebec while avoiding the noise and bustle of the busier tourist areas. The hotel is a converted 19th century mansion. It is quite pretty inside and out. But be aware that there is no... More

We were greeted by the lovely Min on our arrival which was before check-in time and were very pleased that our room was ready. The hotel is in a great location and has the old world charm we were looking for. Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and had a balcony, but unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive...
