Although we just spent one night after we returned from a fabulous Cruise up the New England Coast and on up to Quebec City, we would definitely recommend Le Chateau de Pierre for an extended stay to anyone visiting the City. It's location is PERFECT for exploring downtown Quebec with fabulous restaurants and shops. The horse drawn carriages meander around... More

My husband and I, plus 2x teens stayed here last month. The hotel is in a convenient location in the old town, but as previously noted, is not in a super busy area. We were impressed by the friendly service and the clean rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, the owners were exceptionally nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and charming rooms with old world flavor. Our room had a very small bathroom, but no other real downsides.

Charming, impeccably clean and run by a friendly and helpful owner and staff, this small hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the walled city of Old Quebec while avoiding the noise and bustle of the busier tourist areas. The hotel is a converted 19th century mansion. It is quite pretty inside and out. But be aware that there is no... More

We were greeted by the lovely Min on our arrival which was before check-in time and were very pleased that our room was ready. The hotel is in a great location and has the old world charm we were looking for. Our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and had a balcony, but unfortunately the weather wasn't conducive... The hotel is great: clean, big room with TV, free wi-fi, free breakfast. The hotel takes you back into the 18th century, which is pretty cool. In the room we had two queen beds, it was great as we were there with two teens and we had enough space. The hotel also offered underground parking close by at a good... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau de Pierre in Old Quebec city. Right in the heart of the sights and plenty of restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast provided as well. Good value!

We arrived early and left our bags until the room was ready. Min noticed that we walked with canes and moved us down to a room with easier access. The Hotel is in an ideal location for walking tours with most Old Town destinations within an easy walk. Handy to many restaurants and shopping and only a few minutes to... More

Excellent Location. Close to all Old Quebec City attractions. In front is Chateau and behind is Citadel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rating would have been higher if not for the small bathroom/shower. Would not recommend this room for over 2.8m or 90kg. Do not know if other rooms have larger facilities. Nice patio for sitting outside at night after... More

We loved our stay, the location is a stones throw from the boardwalk, in a nice quiet location with the Chateau Frontenac right near by, parking is close and there is a beautiful park across the street to relax under some large shade tree's. The breakfast and dining area was amazing, the food selection was perfect and well organized. The... More
