The service staff was very friendly and flexible, the luxury rooms are very nice equipped and it is in the middle of the old town - but quiet! The rooms are very tidy and clean. The breakfast area is simple and small but the lady taking care of the buffet is very friendly and well organized. According to the upper... More

This was the perfect hotel for our family vacation. My wife and I took our parents for their first trip to Quebec City (and Canada) ever, over the Columbus Day/Thanksgiving holiday. My parents are in their late 60's and my wife's parents are early 50's and mid 60's. The location is perfect. The Citadel is a block up and a... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights just this past Thanksgiving weekend. Drove from Toronto. Hotel is good for price and how close it is to all the Old Quebec has to offer. That's it! Oh, it has an elevator (good for parents with kids and elderly). Breakfast: was ok and clean area. Room: Please do not use wide... More

The Management wishes to apologize once again to our guest for the mistake of our maid who just wanted to offer the best possible service to her compatriot. Of course, maintaining the cleanliness of our facility all while respecting the privacy of the guests is the most important policy of our hotel which is operated by the same management for... More

Really cute small hotel. Walking distance to boardwalk and chateau Frontenac and citadel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was adequate. Small quiches, bagels, fruit coffee, juice, etc. would stay there again.

As part of an annual vacation/road trip, my partner and I were planning several stops through Quebec, the Eastern Townships, Ottawa and Boston. We had never been in Old Quebec, and had been intrigued by several allusions to the old city in Louise Penny's mystery novel, Bury Your Dead. We crossed the St Lawrence River on the ferry from Levis... More

My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay in Quebec City. We wanted a hotel that was within the walls of old Quebec and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Rooms are big and clean . Can't say enough about the staff. They were very friendly and very accomodating. Our room was not ready when we arrived... More

This hotel is on a corner right across the street from a park. Easy to walk anywhere you want to go. This is a very charming hotel and the people were warm and welcoming. This is a small hotel, in a very old building so if you are looking for some of that unique charm that comes from staying in... More

I recently checked into this hotel on September 13th and out on the 17th. The staff was very friendly and were very helpful. In addition, the Old Quebec decor was charming. There was also a nice restaurant/wine bar a short distance away from the hotel which was a great place to go to finish off the evening after a day... More

Small family owned and managed hotel just inside the walls of the Vieux Cite (old city). All employees smile and offer assistance in French or English. Fourth floor room with two Queen size beds and full bath has plenty of room and immaculate cleanliness. As our room is in the garret, the sloped ceilings restrict some of the room. Complimentary... Friendly staff, but we were cold whenever we were in our room. There are no thermostats in the room. We complained as soon as we got there, but we never once felt any heat, and there are no vents in the bathroom at all. The rads were all cold.
