The hotel was very close to the old part of Quebec City. Walking distance to nearly everything. This had to be one of the most scenic and enjoyable cities in Canada. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was more than sufficient for a day of walking around Quebec.

We were 8 people (3 adults, 5 children) staying in two rooms in this small, charming hotel in the Old City, near the National Assembly. The rooms were not spacious, but well appointed, with open stone walls, the beds comfortable, and bathrooms clean with modern fixtures. The floor in the upper storey room was decidedly sloped, but that added to... More

Although our room was smaller than we expected, we were more than happy with the decor and the tasteful renovations. No coffee or tea in room but always available adjacent to reception. Very good breakfast included. Fantastic location just near the old city walls and an easy walk down hill to the old city.

Loved this old, quaint hotel - but nicely updated with tasteful decor, comfortable beds and modern, clean bathroom. Was a little noisy with horse-drawn carriages going by - but they stopped before 10pm. Otherwise, quiet, charming location. Loved the views out of every window. Breakfast was very nicely done, adequate and fresh! Family-run and everyone was very helpful and friendly.... More

We drove 10 hours to get to this hotel from a previous location(we were traveling for our honeymoon) and arrived just before they locked the doors at 9pm. Then the security measures got weirder. Every door has a security code, including the front door and the rooms. There's no one at the desk after 9, and oddly the front desk,... More

We were on the top floor(4th). The room was lovely and cosy. We liked the bathroom. It was small but it had great views out of the window and the shower was very nice. Also I loved the spout for the sink. Breakfast is pretty good. It takes a while to get the hang of the hot water machine to... More

This small hotel is located in a very old building in the old city of Quebec City. It's just within the wall so very convenient to the old city but also an easy walk to restaurants and places to visit outside the wall. Friendly, comfortable, quiet and affordable. The room was not huge but big enough. We had a wonderful... More

We spent 3 nights here while visiting Quebec City. The service and cleanliness was very good, and a substantial continental breakfast. We came by train and it was a 20 minute walk from the station, uphill - not so good with luggage. However, it was very centrally placed for exploring all of the old city, as well as the Plains... We loved our stay in this hotel - friendly staff and an ideal location for exploring the old city on foot. Our king room was lovely, with a view of the park and horse-drawn caleches, AC and fridge, and fast wifi. The breakfast was fresh and delicious: about a half dozen pastry varieties, cereal, yogurt, and outstanding fruit salad. Our... More

This hotel is the perfect choice in Quebec City. The location is great for walking to the numerous attractions. Hotel is facing the wall around Old Quebec and is a block walking distance to the Citadel, the Parliament Building and a few blocks from the St. Lawrence River. Many restaurants to choose from within a few blocks if you don't... More
