We stayed for several nights at this hotel in old Quebec City. It's on top of the hill where you will spend most of your time looking at all the sites. The US consulate is just 3 doors down the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, but not overly big. The... More

Charming manor hotel right across the park from Chateau Frontenac. We thought we had totally lucked out when we arrived! Large room overlooking the park with all the conveniences. Only downfall was a small bathroom but enough room for one person at a time so not a big deal. We were so taken with this spot and the City we... More

This place couldn't be in a much better location. Just steps from La Promenade des Gouverneurs, the Frontenac, many restaurants and the citidel. Our room (Romantique) was very nice with a two person jetted tub and exposed brick walls, however, it was quite small. Not much room for suitcases or anything else. It served its' purpose though, and our stay... More

If you looking for a place in the old part of the city don't hesitate to check this place out.... My only suggestion is to check out the rooms first as they are all so different ....no question you'll find something that you'll like.....can't believe how nice the owners are and the staff.... Everything is spotless, clean, and homey...... Loved... More

We had a wonderful stay at Manoir Sur le Cap! We wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing room, clean, perfect location and outstanding service. I had a special request and the hotel staff went out of their way to comply with it. I can't wait to go back! Thanks again!

Beautiful Hotel right near the boardwalk in Quebec City. See the St. Lawrence from the doorstep. Charming and quaint. No elevator or handicap accessibility, but still worth carrying your own luggage up the 5 flights of stairs (top floor). Service was impeccable, room was an architecture dream. exposed beams in the open ceiling, original brick on the walls, the radiator... More

We stayed in Room 14 and were very pleased. Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was charming, with exposed wood beams and an updated bathroom. The location is also outstanding, just a short dash down the stairs to the boardwalk and in the heart of upper town, next door to the Chateau Frontenac. It is a short walk to... More

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their newly renovated condo. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating, even with our last-minute reservation. The location is perfect, too -- everything you could want to explore is withing walking distance, which helps to work off all those pastries and tarte au sucre! I will definitely stay here again, any... More

Do not let the " est. 1836 " sign scare you. Very updated rooms with old world charm. I recommend rooms 14 or 16 if you do not mind stairs. These rooms are at the top floor and are very private with vaulted ceilings exposing the old walls adding to your decor. This hotel does not have an elevator, so... More

This was our first visit to the city on a motorcycle trip with two other couples. We were referred at the information station to this wonderful hotel. We had the entire upper level to ourselves. The girl at the front desk was very helpful showing us room choices as each room is arranged differently. Beautifully arranged and decorated with different... More
