This hotel is in a wonderful location! A short walk to lower Quebec City, where there are tons of cute shops! The service at the hotel was very helpful and the rooms were impeccable! We visited Quebec City in May. My sister and I took the trip up from Ottawa/Montreal by train and met my Aunt and Uncle from New Brunswick. Having arrived in Quebec City without a reservation, we found the St Paul via the tourist office. The tourist office is a good bet as they have special prices which can (as this one did) include a cooked breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, which was perfect for us.
