For the price, it is great. Charles at the front desk is so helpful, and funny!!! He tries really hard to provide a "5 star service" and in my opinion he more than succeeded. Within 10 minutes of the city, free parking, free continental breakfast. I cant think of anything to complain about!!

Great indoor pool area and nice to have outdoor seating too (though it is in the car park!). Good breakfast offering, but bed was very hard - clean room and new mattress, but far too firm for the taste of most guests. Easy to find and a bargain, but you get what you pay for in terms of comfort.

Had a great experience. The hotel is easy to find and just a mile or so from a grocery store, liquor store, gas station, and eateries. 3 miles from Montmorency Waterfall. A taxi ride into the city from the hotel is about $18, which is pretty pricey but if you have a big party and can split the money up,... More

Generally an ok experience but the staff was not very friendly or helpful. There was one thing that really irritated me: to have access to the internet in our rooms we had to pay $5 for each device. $5 a day charge would be acceptable but having to pay that fee for each device is a bit of a rip... Very lovely family owned place, very clean rooms and bathrooms no dust on ceiling or windows. Very friendly and helpful with questions for restaurants or attractions in giving directions how to get to and from places. The continental breakfast buffet a great choice of cereals and lots of hot coffee, white or brown bread with a vast choice of jams... More

I stayed there the 21/22 of May. Everything is small, everything. You must know that when you sit on the toilet bowl you can wash your face at the same time, no joking. To park it was easy if there was no car beside yours, otherwise it was extremely difficult to drive out. The smell in the lobby was awful.... More

The hotel is nothing to write home about. The rooms are uninspired, the TV was small and old and the bathroom only included the most basic amenities (no toothbrush). Furthermore, wifi costs extra... cheap move guys. Finally, the breakfast was basic cereal and bread with jams. No eggs, pancakes, sausages... or any protein basically. The pool looked nice, but since... More

I have been here with my boyfriend and we were extreamly surprised and pleased with the service, the room (even tho we had to walk to the pool from our room passing outside) Very clean and very easy to get to.

My husband and I booked a room there for three nights. The goal was to use the hotel just for sleeping and spend the days with family living nearby. The plan worked perfectly. This is a great little place. There is a pool, spa and sauna — we didn't use the facilities but saw people enjoying it. The free continental... More

A C$20 taxi ride (10 Minutes) from the centre of Quebec. 5 minutes from Montmorency Falls. We didn't have a car and assumed (correctly) that taxi's would be cheaper than a city centre hotel. However, once we were in for the evening that was it, as there were no bars or restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were good, and the... More
