Stayed in this charming hotel during a conference. We had a bit of a mix up with picking up our keys (late arrival) but it turned out that it was a miscommunication with my colleagues, hotel was not at fault but did their very best to remedy the situation and get us into a nice room. Our room was spacious... More

This small boutique hotel is near all the action in the Old Town of Quebec City. It is friendly, clean, personable, comfortable and affordable. There is a park across the street and the grand Chateau Frontenac next door. It is close to many restraints, tourist activities, shops, hop on hop off bus, and tourist information office.

My stay at one of the hotels run by this organization was the worse I've had. I almost had a perfect 10 out of 10 on my vacation to Quebec City. Loved everything about it except the treatment I rec'vd at the hands of Constantine, at the front desk. I am still in a bit of shock over his treatment... More

Beside the Hotel Frontenac but on the quiet side of the street across from a hardly used park. Quick access to Boardwalk, citadel, old Quebec City. Its a 2 start hotel with a Basic room - its clean, hotel and area is quiet, Constantine (front desk) goes beyond the call of duty to make sure you are happy and have... More

In my years of extensive travel, this is hands down the worst hotel (if you could call it that) we've ever experienced. I have never felt compelled to write a review like this until now. Extremely poor customer service at the desk. Old dusty room that clearly needs updating. Tried to ask for help in getting the TV to work... More

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Right from check-in, the hotel clerk was so unbelievably rude. After having travelled for so long and far, his impatience and just utter lack of friendliness was not expected and completely uncalled for. After having to deal with him, we go up to our rooms to find that... More

Remember this is a two star hotel. Everything was perfect for the trip for our visit to Quebec City. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee fantastic. The water pressure came and went and the hot was was gone for awhile. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay. The location is perfect so close to everything.

This hotel is perfect for the following reasons, Great location- close to every attraction ( all within <15 min walk) and very quite. It is clean and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I refer this one to the Frontenac because it is at the same block but much let crowd ( there are only 17 rooms). Enjoyed... More

If you expect a 5 star hotel, go right next door to the Fairmont Frontenac and pay 3 times as much. But if you don’t mind “roughing it a little”…which included doing our own extra cleaning, dealing with little water pressure in the shower and on and off hot water, and people above you stomping around…then stay in this charming... We booked online for a hotel in Quebec City, but when we got there the booking had been cancelled because my husband made the booking using my card, and it wasn't accepted. So, 5 minutes before the tourist office closed for the day, we were without a hotel. Then a wonderful lady in the office found us this hotel... and... More
