We stayed at the Grande Allee 9/22-9/26 and would definitely go back. The location was a little further than we wanted to stay, but we like to walk, so it worked out fine. The Chateau Grande Allee is a nice little hotel, very well situated. Its near good restorants and is a perfect spot if you want to enjoy Quebec City nightlife. Its also a short walk to the Old City. If you're traveling on a budget, this is the hotel you'll want. The receptionists are very responsive, and the location is perfect - it's only a few minutes from all of the major sites. We stayed here for the Winter Carnival. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were private, quiet and nice! The breakfast was perfect. The location was also very good. The only thing is make sure you tell the hotel you want parking because the lot is small. more

My stay at the Chateau Grande Allee was fantastic! The location of it was in my opinion one of the best streets within the old city walls.
