Like others who've left reviews before, the architecture of the ice hotel is truly amazing. It's sad to think that every April they collapse it and rebuild it each December. The wedding planning and ceremony was very professionally done, right from our initial contact. Elisabeth was our wedding planner and she was nothing short of extraordinary! She made our day... More

An amazing adventure to stay here - yes, you can see it during the day and take pictures, but its not the same as staying the night and seeing it light up and crunching down the snow halls to bed. The construction and artistry of the ice hotel itself is beautiful and an architectural wonder. It is, truly, unlike anything... More

A truly unique experience. We only went for a tour and lunch, not for an overnight stay, but we probably would have gone for that in our younger days! The ice carvings on the walls, columns and ceilings are incredible and the suite rooms are all different with individual ice art. They had separate English and French tours so we... More

We visited this hotel and took a "Behind the Scenes" construction tour. It was great, and our guide was wonderful. The only constructive (haha) criticism I have is that Pierre (our guide) had to speak in English and French, and that made the tour twice as long. The entire ice hotel is built on a metre of ice/snow, so you... More

My wife and I spent the night here, and while the experience was awesome and the physical hotel is incredible, the facilities are not so great. Since they cater to all the daytime visitors who come to take a tour of the hotel, your room is only available after 9pm (not that you'd want to sit in your room anyways,... More

This place is awesome. The guest rooms are all different and uniquely designed. Even the hallways are sculpted. There are at least two bars and a cool cave drinking area and a chapel. Dress warm for the party before you sleep. There is a building next door to warm up and use the shower and restroom. You also have breakfast... More

My wife gave me a night at Hotel de Glace for Christmas and we stayed in February. I am glad we did it, but I agree with most prior reviews that once is enough. It DID help that we read prior reviews before coming, so we did know what to expect and what to bring. Firstly, we took lots of... More

We had a great night here, it was a must on our trip to Winter Canada. Having said that I have ticked it off the "bucket list" and doubt i would stay again. We had a lot of luggage and staff were very accomodating and gave us an extra locker to store our stuff. We found all staff very helpful.... More

My wife surprised me by making reservations to the " Ice Hotel" for our anniversary. We drove all day from MA and got there at 3:30 in the afternoon. we checked in and took the English tour of the hotel. All the ice sculpture are beautiful and look so fragile. Some of the rooms look pretty cool and some area... More

Wow, what an experience! We arrived around 4.30pm after getting the public bus from downtown Quebec (very easy, $3, and it drops you off a 2 minute walk away). Check in was easy and the staff were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, getting our bags to our locker and making a reservation for dinner. Next up,... More
