This place is breathe taking and the people who work there are beyond nice and friendly. They have a cafe but not a wide variety of food. Sleep was horrible but what do you expect in a ice hotel. Would highly recommend for adventurous people. But if you would prefer to not sleep in the cold you can take a... More

Fun things to do -- snoe shoeing ($), tasty maple treats ($), inside ice slide (free), outside slide on a tube. Take the tour and learn about the construction of this amazing building, photograph your favorite rooms, and sit for a minute in silence in the chapel. Thirsty? Grab a drink at the bar! Yes, your drink is no longer... More

This was a birthday gift from my wife. What was she thinking?? Palm trees and golf is what I am accustomed to!!! But seriously, glad I did this. The staff are very concerned that one enjoys ( and Survives)this experience to the extent that one has to sit through a 20 minute lecture and how one gets ready for bed!!... More

Incredible experience for adventurers only. Be prepare to be uncomfortable through the night, to say the least, but have the experience of your life. The majority of the rooms presents a different carving, that is brought to life by LEDs lights... The bar is a surreal experience: not only the lights, the music but the drinks that are served in... Beautiful rooms, pricey, but wonderful for a romantic get away. Don't however expect to be able to cuddle up to your loved one as the provided individual cold weather sleeping bags are definitely required. Sadly by 8:30 in the morning the showers in the main area were running cold. Surely at that price hot water shouldn't become a rare commodity.... More

This was a great place to spend some time in a winter wonderland. It is difficult to explain how one can enjoy a visit and drink in the ice cave. You really have to go and do it so to get the full experience.

Wife and I spent the night with another couple. We had a 1-day rental car from Quebec City so we could explore the Montmorency Falls before the Ice Hotel. Reading other TripAdvisor reviews helpful to understand experience. We arrived about 3:30 PM for check-in. Large lockers in heated main building available to store luggage, valuables and anything you don't want... More

The ice hotel was just as expected cold and icy but a once in a lifetime experience. The sleeping accommodations were adequate and warm had no issues with that. Staff was helpful and more than accommodating! Had a great time!

What a wonderful experience! We went as a couple to a friend's wedding in the chapel at the Ice Hotel. Everything was made out of ice. The pews, the altar, the candle holders. It was INCREDIBLE! We promptly followed the wedding with drinks in the bar, where even the glasses were made of ice. As my friends got married there,... More

My 8 year old and I had a fantastic time staying overnight! Staff was incredible- very great customer service and all around friendliness, very professional. Main advice: wear 2 layers to bed. The reason extra clothes are recommended is so that you don't wear anything damp or sweaty- it'll make you cold. Had I realized, I would've brought 3 layers... More
