On my bucket list for a few years and finally did it. As other's have said, do not expect 5 star amenities, after-all the main purpose is to experience sleeping in a place built completely out of ice.... Great experience and friendly staff! For people that are wondering, you are basically sleeping on a bed made out of ice, on... More

I went here for my 25th birthday and it was an amazing and unforgettable trip. If you're looking to do something out of this world that is still close to home and somewhat affordable, this is a trip you have to take.

My husband and I wanted to stay here for years and we are so glad we made the decision to finally do it! We got there while it was open to the public and got to go on a tour and see the chapel being assembled (we were there in early January so it wasn't quite finished yet). After a... More

Stayed there for 1 night with my boyfriend and we had a blast. We were cold but comfortable since we followed instructions (how to dress warmly) emailed to us by the hotel after we booked our trip thru Groupon. Come early since they give you a tour of the entire hotel. We slept in north face mummy sleeping bags which... More

A once in a lifetime experience! The hotel is absolutely amazing! Add it to your bucket list! Picture don't do this place justice! My husband and I took our 3 children ages 15, 14 & 12 and rented a theme suite for the night. We were fortunate to get the Princess Suite which was designed by Disney's artists to look... More

My wife and I had been toying with the idea of staying at an Ice Hotel since we lived in Scandinavia. After moving to Canada we thought we had to finally try it. We are so glad we did. The price is very high but it is a unique and memorable experience. We went for the package that included a... More

This was the most amazing experience in an incredible engineering marvel of an ice structure. My husband and I slept a full 10 hours - the best sleep we've had in years. We were very warm and cozy in our Arctic mummy bags, provided by the hotel. The 4 foot thick walls insulated the rooms so effectively that we heard... More

My wife and I were given an overnight from our kids for Christmas! We had a blast! It is a amazing place, amazing sculptures, the experience is awesome. Come prepared and you can really enjoy yourself, we are skiers so we have the proper clothes. We met 3 great couples, enjoyed the bar , activities, and the hot tub. My... More

Went to the ice hotel for the afternoon, I thought we would be there for an hour or so and ended up there for 4 hours. My son discovered the tube slide out along the snowshoe trails. He tells me he and daddy now hold the record for the most runs in one day and the most runs that went... More

What a cool experience! Just checked off one of my bucket list. I am not sure I will want to stay a night here but it was a nice visit for a few hours. Go spend $4 for a drink of soda in a glass made of ice. And don't forget to drop the ice glass into its special 're-cycle'... More
