The hotel is lovely and most comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. They have lots of fresh fruit, French pastries, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage. Great way to start the day before enjoying the sites. The hotel is in a very convenient and yet quiet location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is reasonably priced and very centrally located in old Quebec City just along Rue St. Jean, the main pedestrian and shopping street. The entrance is on a side street and you are immediately greeted by a flight of two dozen steps to get up to the lobby. Bell staff at the... More

This is a great hotel inside the walled city. We looked at several hotels in the area and decided on this one because of price and location. You are about a 8-10 minute from the Chateau Frontenac area and St Jean Street is right around the corner. Many good restaurants, shops, etc. the room was clean and nicely appointed. No... More

We stayed here when we went to visit Quebec City last summer. The hotel was very modern, very clean, deserved the 4 stars it has. The only issue was parking but the hotel offered valet parking with our booking so it was really nothing major. Very close to all amenities. Walked around Old Quebec and the whole experience was very... More

The Manoir Victoria is inside the Walled City - great location to shops, restaurants and walking distance to great history. The hotel is nicely priced, the rooms are clean and the staff is great - very attentive to just about anything you need. Hint - there is another entrance without stairs - around the corner from the main entrance.

Visited Quebec city with family members and booked two rooms with expedia. Originally my husband was traveling with us so we were charged an additional Guest fee for an adult. When we checked in I mentioned to front desk attendant that he wasnt here and since were charged an extra guest fee instead of a credit could we then get... More

We have had a great stay at this hotel. Clean rooms solid service and the hotel restaurant food was outstanding. The staff were fantastic both polite and friendly. We were worried that not speaking French may be problematic but not so. This hotel is one to return to - well done Manoir

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights in one of the contemporary rooms (which are larger and more expensive than the so called "traditional" rooms). The room was comfortable. This hotel is in a good location within a short walking distance to restaurants and some tourist attractions.

Hotel Manoir Victoria was in a perfect location! It was right around the corner from Rue St. Jean, which was a street with tons of restaurants and shops. In fact, the hotel shares space with Boulay, one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. We mistakenly thought it was just the hotel restaurant and ate there our first... More
