This is a nice and cozy hotel. Small yet comfortable and it has an easy-going atmosphere. It’s just a place for simple and comfortable good night rest. Morning breakfast is simple and basic. It is an open space between two rows of rooms, glass panels on the roof let in the morning sun light – nice.

This is a very modern hotel with wood floors, modern lighting and a window blind that rolls down on a track and very efficiently block out the light from outside making the room very dark, perfect for sleeping. The hotel is also very quiet. The bathroom is modern with a sink on top of the cabinet and a walk in... More

I drive a charter motorcoach all over the USA and Canada. I've been to a few hotels in the last few years. I don't get paid to lie or sugar coat anything. I'm going to say what's good and bad. Let's start with the good. The room was nice. Comfortable bed, nice rockers and nice work space with fridge and... More

I have been to Quebec city a number of times, for different reasons, I prefer to stay at a reliable hotel where I know what to expect for a reasonable price and convenient location. Every stay has included a comfortable room with tv, wifi and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is located on boulevard Laurier, one... More

Our team was booked in the hotel for 2 nights. There were about 28 in total staying in maybe 10-15 rooms. Great location, very clean, as expected for free breakfast, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit and yogurt, coffee and teas, can't complain. Pool was good considering. Rooms very clean and modern. Check-in was a breeze but had to sign a waiver... More

I spent just one short night in this hotel before moving up the street to another Jaro property, but my brother and his family stayed for three nights, along with the rest of the members of my nephew’s hockey team and their families. It is definitely the kind of hotel that is suited to team stays, and its design really... More

I went with my daughters ringette team. The price was good but the breakfast felt a bit lacking. Using real plates and cutlery would even help. My first coffee of the day doesn't taste as good in a styrofoam cup. This is a good hotel for sports teams because there were a few and it was loud. The location is... More

The rooms were very nice and very clean. The beds oh so comfy with warm, thick bedspreads. We were 3 in the room and had plenty of towels and washcloths. The only negative thing I'd have to say is that, in our room, the window could not be opened.

Worst experience of my life, I have stayed in tones of different hotel in my life having worked 15 years in the travel industry and still travelling for business and pleasure. Rooms nice and clean, size OK but beds quite hard and towels are so thin, time to renew them for sure. Staff not very friendly, check-in very very very... More
