This hotel is situated 5 minutes walking to a huge shopping centre and over a dozen restaurants, so great location. The rooms are simple and nothing fancy, you pay for what you get. Free coffee and croissants are offered in the lobby which as appreciated. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and attentive. They had recommendations and menus... More

The hotel requires a key entry from the parking area - except the key cards don't work in the exterior doors. When my wife arrived back at the hotel about 11:30 pm (dark, rainy) she called the desk and was told to walk around the building to the front door. This is a safety issue as well as a convenience... In a word, New and Fantastic outside but Terrible inside. This hotel's location near Old Quebec and looking new outside made us to stay there, inside is too old and unpleasant smell during stay. Also, I think most customer to use there looks like workers or homeless who are kind of making lots noise at night.

It was unfortunately the only section available the day you stop at the hotel without a reservation We are pleased to inform you that the section you stayed is now under major renovation. Before the end of the year, those rooms will have a complete new bathroom, Flat screen TV, Cup coffee machine & a new atmosphere More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and that was like a week. The halls reeked of some perfume cleaner that had an overpowering odor. The bathroom shower is full of mildew. The rooms are in serious need of updating. The staff is less than helpful. I requested a king size bed when I reserved the room on Hotwire.... More

Upon arriving at this hotel my wife registered since we had booked via bookings.com. We entered the pet friendly hotel with our dog on a leash and right in front of the receptionist to whom we said hello etc. When my wife booked in she was not told that there would be a charge of $30.00 for our pet, which... Stayed here on a group tour. Rooms were very modern, beds comfy. Unfortunately no tea/coffee facilities were included in the room which was a shame, however the hotel pool was great. Quite a way from the old town (took about 20-25 minutes, longer in rush hour). Air conditioning system was noisy (but can be turned off). Overall would stay again.

This is a very acceptable hotel at an acceptable rate. It is not close to the old town but very close to two nice shopping centers. There is no restaurant in the hotel but some at walking distance. I would return if I have business in the area.

Was there for a soccer tournament. Find it expensive for what you get. Lobby is really nice but the room are average. Also because of the design of the floors , you are constantly going up and down steps to go from the lobby to your room. Complimentary breakfast is extremely limited and coffee was really "weak". For the price... More

Our family stayed for two nights during August. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had a minor issue with our check in that was due to no fault of the management. The manager of the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and the situation was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to... More

This hotel looked good on the outside and public areas were fine, but the room was fairly below average. Tile grout mould in the bathroom and a non working alarm clock are easily fixable items that weren't. Breakfast is what I would normally eat and was actually good. Walls are a bit thin. Staff was fine. So don't rush to... More
