This is a very acceptable hotel at an acceptable rate. It is not close to the old town but very close to two nice shopping centers. There is no restaurant in the hotel but some at walking distance. I would return if I have business in the area.

Was there for a soccer tournament. Find it expensive for what you get. Lobby is really nice but the room are average. Also because of the design of the floors , you are constantly going up and down steps to go from the lobby to your room. Complimentary breakfast is extremely limited and coffee was really "weak". For the price... More

Our family stayed for two nights during August. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had a minor issue with our check in that was due to no fault of the management. The manager of the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and the situation was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to... More

This hotel looked good on the outside and public areas were fine, but the room was fairly below average. Tile grout mould in the bathroom and a non working alarm clock are easily fixable items that weren't. Breakfast is what I would normally eat and was actually good. Walls are a bit thin. Staff was fine. So don't rush to... More

As you enter the establishment it looks very clean and contemporary and that is where it ends. Having been all around the world, I have never been so disappointed before, first be aware that when you check in whether you paid for your room in advance or will pay later a $ 50.00 charge will be held on your visa... This hotel has many ups and downs. For the positives it has a very nice and modern lobby and front desk, also the rooms are neat and updated, finally there is a free breakfast and a pool. The hotel staff is also very good. Now for the negatives the bathroom are very old and cramped, the room sizes are on... More

We had a room with two doubles for four adults. At this point, we were between St. John, NB and Kingston en route to SW Ontario. After the hotel-from-hell experience in St. John, we thought we had died and gone to heaven. We were just sleeping there. Beds were comfortable, clean, room was a little shy on electrical outlets, but... More

This was advertised as a 3.5 star hotel. It was not. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. The air conditioning turned on like a gunshot, waking at all hours, and was extremely cold while on. The continental breakfast was mostly carbohydrates, muffins, really awful bread to toast, and croissants. There was yogurt and a limited amount of... More

I went to this hotet thinking we were getting a good deal. Was I ever mistaken! The room was not clean, neither was the bathroom. There were no fitted sheets on the mattress, just a regular sheet thrown on top of the mattress which made us have a horrible sleep as we seem to be tangled up in our sheets... More

A lot of the reviews capture the hotel well. I suppose it depends on what you are looking for. After a long drive, we were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. I'm not sure the staff smoking out front were too happy to see us though. The air conditioning exploded on with a loud bang every time and... More

We thank you for your comment. We are sorry that you were disappointed about the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system is individual in each room and sometimes the mechanic had to be repair. Next time, don't hesitate to call the front office & we will do our best to resolve any problem.
