I usually stay at chain hotel when in Quebec City for business, but I decided to try this hotel. Hotel Quartier will be my new place to stay in Quebec City. The corporate rate is very reasonable. Easy access to and from highway with free parking. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and they offer an early bird... More

The Hotel is very modern and is well located. The rooms are spacious, however we didn't like that you can't open the windows and there was a bit of a smell. Other than that, the Hotel was very convenient for us.

The hotel should be rated as 3 star, not 4 star. The staff is vary nice and works hard but you get the feeling the owners are only interested in getting as much as they can from your pockets. The TV is analogic and the WiFi is extremely slow (0,5 Mbps). The rooms are equiped with old fashion equipment like... More

Only good thing about this hotel was the location, only 10 minute drive to the Old Quebec. They tried to be trendy, however the room was a little run down. Dirty carpeting, banged up furniture, rips in the sheets. We stayed 2 nights, and our toiletries were not replenished. I had to call front desk for toilet paper, it felt... More

This is a step above Motel 6 but just. No fridge in the room, coffee maker in the room but they charge for more than one cup per guest. This is a building that is joined to other buildings and so floors are a bit confusing. They change pricing according to the room availability in the city. We stayed 2... More

Much better than we expected. Stayed for two nights on a last minute reservation. It's not Le Chateau Frontenac or anything but if you're on a budget or your reservation is last minute and everything in Old Quebec City is sold out, this should be considered as a solid choice. The lobby is modern and the rooms clean with all... More

hotel does look good but be sure not to have anything to do with anyone at the front desk. booked via hotwire for 3 people but ended up in a one bed room. asking for a complimentary twin bed seemed like the last step to bancruptcy for this hotel. the clerks and even so called managers were closed to any... We would like to thank you for taking the time to express your comments about your recent stay at our hotel. We would have accommodated your request if we had had double rooms available. However, as explained at the front desk, we were sold out of double rooms. Next time please verify the category you select, a room with one... More

Clean up could have been done better. There was dust on top of pictures frames in the room and lobby. The drawers in the room were filthy also. There was some baseboard missing in the bathroom. There was a smell in the room even after they cleaned. Furniture was old. the fosset in the shower was not fixed properly. Hot... More

We only needed a place to sleep for one night and Hotel Quartier was amongst the cheapest. It was decent but I wouldn't stay there for more than a night. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were extremely thin. I slept with four pillows and the whole stack was still probably thinner than one pillow at home.... More
