Okay for one night or two. The cheapest in the area. The staff is kind. This hotel needs a serious updating.

I had never bee to Canada before and Hotel Classique was recommended by a business associate. The level of service, friendly staff, location on the bus route, nearby shopping and attached restaurants and Gym made for a very pleasant stay when it was -20°C outside. My stay was 7 nights.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I...

I wouldn't let my dog stay here for free!!! The owner should be ashamed to own such a shoddy establishment. He should seek out a franchise ASAP to legitimize his roach motel.
We stayed at this hotel December 26 & 27 of 2011.
The room was clean, the staff was nice.
The only but was the pool; we had to give our room key at the lobby to get another key which opened the pool area. At the time we went to get this key, they had no pool key left, but...

I stayed there two nights on business in June, very friendly staff, clean hotel, clean rooms, restaurants nearby, free parking, comfortable beds. It is not a very touristic location, near the highway but very practical for what I needed, easy access. I'd definitely stay there again.
I love this hotel, we stay there every year when we go visit family in quebec (been going for about 8 years) alot has changed, its gotten a lot nicer, and now better prices. The cosmos is a little pricey and the pizza restaurant in the hotel has pizza to die for! The pool is mediocre but still pretty clean,...

Location - directly across the street from a fantastic shopping mall
On-site shop where you can purchase anything from...

The afternoon/evening front desk manager, Stephane Raincourt, was superb. He helped my wife and I with directions, sights to see, places to eat, and much more with a pleasant, very friendly and never rushed attitude. He contributed greatly to the pleasure of our stay. Hotel and room were very nice, however there was a moldy odor to the room.
We stayed here for three nights while on a bus tour to Quebec City. The room was quiet (including the air conditioning), clean and comfortable. We were situated almost opposite the "Place Laurier" shopping centre and on a main bus route. We had breakfast each day at a Starbucks (I love their French Roast) which was two minutes walk away...

The hotel is very far from the city centre of Quebec, don't go if you want to visit the city. Our experience there was one of the worst ever happened in an hotel; we checked in at 3.30 pm but the room was not yet ready! We were invited to have a stroll and then come back later. Other friends...
