Stayed here for four days in September. The staff at reception are very helpful. The room was quite big and bright and spotless clean. I'm a business traveler and am quite happy with the Delta. Decent workout facility, acceptable food, and my room appears to have been renovated recently, with a nice big mirror; good, well-designed lighting; quite comfortable. Easy walking distance to the old city and all the attractions. Staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again. more

This place is truely a rip-off and I do not recommend for anybody looking to enjoy a beautiful place like Quebec City. Negatives- 1- $22 night for parking and I asked the reception 3 times if there is any other parking locations. We had a very nice stay at the Delta Quebec over the Labor Day weekend. I was hesitant given some negative reviews, but it appears renovations have taken place recently. Our room was tastefully renovated, clean and spacious. The staff was very pleasant. The health club and pool are more than adequate, especially since it's an outdoor heated pool open... more

The rooms looked old, the electric outlet didn't work, the carpet smells moldy, and worst of all, they cheat you out of $22 for parking "for guests" when you could have parked at the exact same spot as a visitor for $7. All in all an unpleasant stay. more

This hotel has the oddest entrance. There is a concierge desk on the ground floor, but you have to go up two sets of escalators (through what is a slightly dodgy area as it is currently being renovated) before you actually get to reception. Great location for middle-class families or business travellers. Sophisticated travelers should look elsewhere. First advice: if you are going to stay there, definitely consider upgrading to either a Club Signature room or a suite.
