we love this hotel. very comfortable. friendly and super helpful staff, very clean, great location, close to everything we wanted to see in old quebec, super quiet and efficient air conditioner, and very much appreciated the $2.5 petit dejeuner :) there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to our room but we didn't mind it much. will... Nice and clean small hotel where you get personalized service. This was my first time but my sister has been there many times. In the heart of Old Quebec City, you can walk everywhere to the main attractions. The breakfasts are only $2.50 per person, you get a toast, a croissant, fruits, jams, orange juice and a coffee delivered to... More

My friends and I have had many stays here for more than 20 years. The reason is the fair prices, predictable cleanliness and convenient location. This is a Cambodian family run operation who are well versed in French & English. The family is always warm & welcoming. They are a pleasure to see when we return for yet another visit.

I really wanted to love this hotel but we had some issues. We stayed here for a 2 nights at #2 We had room 34 which was a good size, very large for Old Quebec actually. It had 2 double beds, a kitchenette, table with 3 chairs and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The property is very well maintained... More

Located in the heart of Old Quebec, it is only a three minute walk to the Promenade overlooking the port. You are at walking distance from all points of interests. The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent (breakfast is served in your room). Rooms include free parking which is a bonus in that area. (Parking rates are... More

This hotel is a cozy and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It is a small hotel with small rooms and bathrooms and is designed for the budget traveler. We stayed two nights on the second floor, then the one night on the fourth floor. The staircase in narrow and steep so not great if you have mobility issues. The owner... More

Au Petit Hôtel is a very cozy place to stay! The house is old, but the rooms are absolutely nice and clean with everything you need. The rates are very competitive (in other places you share a bathroom at the same rate!), especially given the fact that the location is perfect in the old town - in a quiet side... More

This little hotel fit our needs perfectly. The price was right, the location was perfect and the room was clean. No, it is not stylish and trendy... but it is all you need. We could not find a room with 2 beds anywhere but this place. Actually, there was one other option, but it was $100 more a night! We... More

Booked this online based on reviews and so glad we did. Wonderfull little place on a very quite street. (more of a laneway) Easy to get to by car, coming from West on # 175, under the Louise Gates and left on the second street then a very quick right into the laneway/street. Parking is right next door. Leave it... More

I start with the downsides because they are really minimal: the room we stayed in was a little small, and considering we were not a couple, it was a bit awkward to have to share a bed - but we knew it and were ok with it. We had everything - a table, two chairs, place for the suitcase, plugs,... More
