We stayed here back in 2003 and i really enjoyed it.... It was very clean. The shower was marble and it was clean.... The food in the hotel was very scrumtious! Excellent hotel. Front staff most pleasant. Able to address every concern/question we had. Seemed excited to share details of Quebec with us and were most knowledgable. Pool murals were amazing. The Best Western Centre Ville is a very average hotel. It has a nice breakfast area and pool. The rooms aren't bad, and it is a well run Best Western hotel. I have no complaints, the location is OK and there are restaurants near the hotel. All in all it is a very average hotel. more

This is a fine enough place to stay, though there are a few oddities to it. The rooms were quiet overnight, which is a big plus. This is a perfectly fine hotel w/in 20 mins walking distance to Old Quebec. The rooms were clean and adequate and the staff was friendly.
