My husband and I stayed two nights at this boutique hotel very old and quaint and we'll kept no elevators be prepared to walk the stairs but manageable. Close to all the activities in the city walking distance to Resturant Shopping. And I did some great shopping of art work The desk clerk. Nadia. Very helpful and pleasant young lady... More

Okay, so if location is your number one priority then, stay here!!! The location was superb! But, don't go in expecting a room that looks like the photos on their website. I'm absolutely sure that there are rooms in the hotel that look that way ( there are 23 rooms in all), but I know for sure that they all... More

Location is great! Less than 5 minute walk to most attractions. View was great. Front window allowed us to watch fireworks over the Frontenac. Very clean. Awesome shower. Comfortable bed. Several great food establishments within 2 minute walk. Parking was 2-3 blocks away, but hey, we are in the middle of the city. Check-in was simple and quick. Negatives? My... More

The location is EXCELLENT. Right across from Chateau Frontenac in the heart of Vieux-Quebec. The hotel exterior is beautifully maintained and very charming. It's unfortunate that they don't put the same care into the interior. The carpets are cheap, dirty, and not professionally installed. There are ragged seams everywhere and the edges curl up against the baseboards. The walls, doors,... More

great location on Place d'Armes, opposite the Chateau Frontenac where you can walk to everything in the old city of Quebec. A taste of Europe in North America!! Restaurants, shops, artists everywhere, music playing and a breathtaking view at night!! Yes, the room was small, but who spends any time in the room when you're in such a beautiful city??... More

We were nervous coming here due to some reviews but our room was lovely. It was incredibly spacious with a lovely stone feature wall (room 26 I think) The location is brilliant, right near restaurants, bars, historical attractions etc and the staff are lovely. Be warned the reception is up a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues... More

For my husband and myself, the location of this hotel directly on the Place d'Armes, opposite the Chateau Frontenac and the promenade was its greatest selling point. We had easy access to the upper old city, including Rue St. Jean with its profusion of restaurants, cafes and pubs, not to mention shops which hold little interest for us. We were... More

I stayed a few days ago with my husband. The only positive is the location. As for the rest, it was bad. Choose another hotel. Bedroom: It was very small. It did fit tightly a double bed and a desk and chair. The carpeting was old throughout the hotel. In our room, it was in poor condition in parts near... More

The location of this hotel is what drew us to it. It is right by the Chateau Frontenac and at the beginning of a pedestrian area. The room was nice and was quite large as was the bathroom. It was icy and people were tracking in a lot of salt so I thought they could have vacuumed the stairway a... More
