We recently stayed here for 2 nights. The big thing that this hotel has going for it is it's great location. It's right across the street from the Chateau Frontenac. When you walk out the front door you're right in the middle of the old town and within easy walking distance of all the major sights. However, that's about all... More

On the positive side, the location of this inn is perfect for touring Quebec. It's across a park from Chateau Frontenac and it's easy an walk to all parts of Vieux Quebec and the Plains of Abraham. The front desk personnel were generally helpful and courteous. The bistro on the first floor is excellent in all respects - food was... More

We were in the perfect spot with a view of the park and Chateau Frontenac. We were just doors down from the front desk facing the street and I highly recommend this area. This is already one floor up from ground level so try to get level one, it is a lot less stairs. I wouldn't have been happy to... More

Okay, so if location is your number one priority then, stay here!!! The location was superb! But, don't go in expecting a room that looks like the photos on their website. I'm absolutely sure that there are rooms in the hotel that look that way ( there are 23 rooms in all), but I know for sure that they all... More

Location is great! Less than 5 minute walk to most attractions. View was great. Front window allowed us to watch fireworks over the Frontenac. Very clean. Awesome shower. Comfortable bed. Several great food establishments within 2 minute walk. Parking was 2-3 blocks away, but hey, we are in the middle of the city. Check-in was simple and quick. Negatives? My... More

The location is EXCELLENT. Right across from Chateau Frontenac in the heart of Vieux-Quebec. The hotel exterior is beautifully maintained and very charming. It's unfortunate that they don't put the same care into the interior. The carpets are cheap, dirty, and not professionally installed. There are ragged seams everywhere and the edges curl up against the baseboards. The walls, doors,... More

great location on Place d'Armes, opposite the Chateau Frontenac where you can walk to everything in the old city of Quebec. A taste of Europe in North America!! Restaurants, shops, artists everywhere, music playing and a breathtaking view at night!! Yes, the room was small, but who spends any time in the room when you're in such a beautiful city??... More

We were nervous coming here due to some reviews but our room was lovely. It was incredibly spacious with a lovely stone feature wall (room 26 I think) The location is brilliant, right near restaurants, bars, historical attractions etc and the staff are lovely. Be warned the reception is up a flight of stairs so if you have mobility issues... More
