Customer experience is far in way second on the minds of the owner Marc then getting as much money from guests as possible. I visit this place for a month and with the kitchen open for use I was able to make my own food. Marc the owner is very anal about keeping the kitchen clean, which makes sense but... More

This B&B was recommended by our the owners of the previous stay. We received a warm welcome and the room was fine. Great bed, fairly small bathroom but served it's purpose. Marc, the owner, recommended a great little restaurant close-by where we had a lovely meal. A very large continental breakfast was served by Marc from 08:00 to 10:00, but... More

Sharon and I just left after a three-day stay and wishing we had a few more days. Our room (#1) was spacious and comfortable. Marc made an impeccable host both as innkeeper and breakfast chef. Adding to that, he went beyond the call to answer your questions, engage in conversation and generally make you feel more as a guest than... More

Just finished 5 weeks in B&Bs across Canada and Acacias is remembered for the warm welcome and help of the owner. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Access to kitchen 24/7, convenient and frequent bus to old city - or you could walk if you need the exercise - and good local bars, eating places and food shops.

We spent a lovely weekend at this marvelous B&B. It is very European in style; such a nice departure from the usual over-fussied style of most, and our room was more of a suite; very spacious. The owner, Marc, was very helpful with directions and recommendations for places to see, places to eat, and how best to navigate the city.... More

I rent for a week and i found everything good. I was there for work, it's near of everything in Quebec city. My room was very spacious, it was the room 3, i had my little kitchen and my own bathroom with a bath and a shower. It's really quiet and a nice place to stay for a couple of... More

The B&B is a bit far from the city centre (10-15 minutes by car), but there is a fast and frequent bus (number 7) a block away. The interior is well deisgned and our room (number 1) was very spacious, aleit with a smallish bathroom. The owner is very pleasant, polite and well-educated and a good conversationalist. There were however,... More

My husband an I spent 2 nights at the Acacias in early September. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, Marc was very welcoming and our beautiful room was all ready. We stayed in room # 1, large and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and there is also a nice couch in the room. Bathroom... More

Acacias was recommended to us and we were very happy with our stay. We had a suite with kitchenette (appreciated even though breakfast was served). Everything neat and clean. We found the location perfect -- close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk and the little back garden a delightful place to relax and enjoy the scent... More

We stayed at Marc & Marie's for two weeks of carnival in a chilly Quebec February. Location is great; a quiet neighbourhood just a few blocks from a main bus line which takes you to old town or to Laval U within minutes. The room was clean and quiet with the added bonus of a large shared kitchen & living... More
