Great location, within 5 minute drive to Old Quebec City. So close to the city without paying the Old Quebec city price for accommodations. The owners/operators of the Auberge (Francois & Nicola) are super friendly and Francois sat with us after breakfast and helped us plan our Winter Carnival day with helpful tips and directions. Slightly Rustic inside and out,... More

Clean, comfortable rooms, a relaxed and casual atmosphere, free parking, expert recommendations to make the most of your holiday, transit at your door and easy access to prime locations just outside the old city. Who could ask for anything more? We had the most wonderful time in Quebec City during Carnival time. Visiting Quebec City during the winter Carnival was... More

Thank you to Francois and Nicola, who were the perfect hosts for our Quebec City vacation. Our children loved the Carnival, a remarkable celebration of winter. We were all impressed by how Quebec City embraces winter. In particular we were dazzled by the international ice sculpture contest and the incredible castle. Since returning, they have been inspired to create more... More

I had to write a brief review to thank the Auberge Amerik for a terrific vacation during my stay in Quebec City. Previous reviewers have commented on the wonderful service they received, and I can certainly attest to that. There was no language barrier at all, as the hotel staff quickly and effortlessly switched to English. This hotel is terrific... More

My kids started taking French classes, and on a whim we picked this auberge from our online search. We have not expected, all this place and Quebec City had to offer. Wholesome delicious pastries, rich coffee and tea in the mornings and, cosy get togethers in the evenings on Auberge's wrap around porch with a bottle of wine were a... More

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, cozy rooms and perfect design. Nice and calm atmosphere, free parking. Staying in December with a family, that's really excellent place to stay, I will really advise it to my friends going Quebec. Must visit!

The charm of the Inn lies in the excellent service provided. Clean and spacious rooms are reasonably priced, and the continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Nicola however was an excellent host, who made me feel very safe and comfortable despite visiting a new city alone. Thank you Mr. Perini for your guidance.

Greatly enjoyed my time at the Auberge Amerik where I vacationed in winter with my wife, sadly too soon for the grand winter carnival celebrations. The tidy little bed and breakfast was enjoyable not only because of it's convenient location (there is a municipal bus stop located just steps from the inn's front door) but also because of the excellent... Stayed with friends at this hotel/bed and breakfast just outside Quebec City. The location was great, we continued on to stay at a local ski chalet after touring Quebec City. The place was clean and the continental breakfast fresh. We appreciated free parking and tips from the host for places to eat in the neighbourhood. Have seen negative comments about... More

Stayed for a couple of days with family in this quiet bed and breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms were well kept. Fine continental breakfast. Expert tourist advice from the bilingual host Mr. Perini who had a great sense of humor. Recommended.
