We had made reservations for a Superior Queen room a number of weeks prior to our arrival. The first room we were shown was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, it was so dark and small we refused to stay in it. The second room we were shown was up a very steep set of stairs... More

We have just spent two nights at this very nice Hotel. It is conveniently situated just on Grand Allee and a walk to the Plains of Abraham and Old Quebec. The staff were very friendly and polite and having breakfast served at the table was a real change for us. The rooms were spotlessly clean and airy and shower fine.... More

Despite the road repair happening on Grande-Allee, we enjoyed our one-night stay here in May 2015. We were on the second floor, room 9 at the back - very quiet, even with construction outside, but beware, there are steep stairs if you have knee/leg problems. The staff are very friendly and the B&B has the charm of an older establishment,... More

This is our 3rd stay and we continue to enjoy the experience. Easy walking distance to Old Quebec, this boutique provides an enjoyable and comfortable French-Canadian experience. The staff is very helpful and bilingual. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable.

If you really like 5 star places, this place isn't for you. However, if you like a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a yummy breakfast, go here! The location is excellent as it is a short walk to multiple destinations for shopping and food. The staff was helpful and they even allowed me to check in early as the... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in August 2014. The hotel has a great location on Grand Allee. It's an enjoyable 15 minute walk past the National Assembly to the old town. There are also lots of restaurants along Grand Allee, as well as less touristy resaurants along some of the nearby sidestreets. There was construction going on along Grand... More

Due to a big construction site at the grand allee (will last for 2 years) the hotel is not easy to find...follow the small shields that mark the hotel. Parking spaces arr available behind the hotel. The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable but the best was the breakfast, served in several steps, everything looked and tasted quite well.... More

We enjoyed the time there, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and only 20 minutes by foot to the wonderful Old Town. The breakfast is served, includes also fresh fruits and whole wheat break. The Grande Allee is reconstructed at the moment which means that you have to park and enter the back entrance of the house, which wasn't a... More

The hotel is nicely appointed and the staff especially helpful and friendly. Our every needs were met immediately. The room was very clean and spacious with two single beds that were comfortable and warm in the cool evenings. The bathroom was also spacious and appointed with lovely, modern fixtures. The light breakfast was included in the price and offered several... More

Love this hotel. Our room is so pretty that I had to take photographs before we unpacked! Powerful aircon - needed this week. Breakfast included in the cost . Not a buffet and your cereal comes already with milk but very nicely presented and plenty of choice. The croissants are delicious. Close to a street of restaurants , small supermarkets... More
