OUR STAY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER - THANKS PIERRE C! My wife and I recently stayed three nights at Hotel le Germain Dominion for a special celebration. All hotel associates were extremely attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. From the first call to make the reservation to the follow-up... More

Simplicity, warmth, service, comfort and pleasant are a few words I can use to describe my last stay at the hotel. So very well located in Old Quebec, nice restaurants around to choose from. The fireplace at arrival and at breakfast was a beautiful touch. ohhh and slept like a baby!

Found this gem on TripAdvisor and loved it. Great location, minutes from the Via train station by cab. Easy walking distance to museums and great restaurants as well as shopping. Concierge gave us great tips (do not miss the crepes at Le Billig - worth the extra hike!). No on-site restaurant, but so many are close by that this was... More

We chose the third week in February to take our 9 year old on his first trip to Quebec. Our usual hotel was not particularly accommodating, so we chanced upon the nearby Le Germain. From the outset the staff was accessible and wonderful. Alex and Annie-Karine were particularly pleasant and helpful. The staff's attitude was infectious, and created a nice... More

Dear family, Thank you sincerely for your comments that I have shared with my team, including housekeeping. I am glad you were happy with your choice of staying with us and maybe, instead of the lobby fireplace in the winter, you will experience the beautiful terrace in the summer. Maine is so closeby... We stayed for 3 nights over Valentine's Day weekend and were extremely impressed by this hotel. A couple months prior to our arrival, the concierge, Veronique, was incredibly helpful in recommending and reserving restaurants for us during the busy Carnaval and holiday weekend. We were not disappointed by the suggestions! Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself has a... More

Arrived at 11.30pm and were checked in swiftly...they could see we were tired. Our room on the second floor was ready for us. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is quite informal, coffee freshly ground with freshly squeezed orange juice a selection of cheeses, breads, croissants, pain au chocolat etc. Staff were friendly and professional without being obtrusive. We would... More

I booked a room at this hotel based on the many positive reviews that I had read and am glad to report that the Hotel Le Germain-Dominion lived up to the expectations. We arrived a bit before normal check-in time but our room was ready so we were able to get settled in immediately. The room we had was on... More

We have stayed at the hotel Germain in Toronto, Canada, and thought that hotel was great, BUT, the hotel in Quebec City, was just as great, and more. All the Germain hotels have a unique touch, but what makes Le Germain-Dominion special is the cozy Lobby, that's for sure! We hope to have the chance to welcome you again soon! More
