This hotel used to be a great star in Quebec City during the 70s and 80s, but lost a great share of its shine in the last 10-15 years. Anybody having stayed at Montreal's Loews Vogue Hotel, which is a true five-star awarded hotel, will without a doubt agree that Quebec's Le Concorde does not quite fit in Loews's current... More

This hotel is in a great location that allows you to park your car and then walk for the remainder of your time in the city. The hotel offers spectacular views and large, clean and comfortable rooms. The pool area is supervised with a lifeguard and is well maintained. The pool side service is also nicely done. I went on... More

This location is hard to beat. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to rent a car when staying there. In addition, we didn't have to take taxis either since everything was within walking distance. Excellent restaurants with outdoor dining were practically right outside the door. We booked on travelocity where you get the 4th night free. It was... More

Good Lord Where to start with this hotel? Good points: Nice Location, nice view. As for the rest? First off, this seems to be an all smoking hotel. Wherever you go, whether it be your "non smoking" room, the hallways, there seems to be a strong stench of cigarette smoke. The lobby is antiquated. The hallways are so seventies I... More

We booked a romantic getaway at the Loews Concorde and everything was as expected. The staff was nice and courteous and we received good service from the check-in to the pool and room service. The revolving restaurant had a great view of Quebec city, the buffet was good, but I wouldn't go back since there is so much more to... More

We booked a premium room through the hotel website and were given a room on the 25th floor--the highest guest room is on the 26th floor--with a killer view of Old Quebec and St. Lawrence Seaway. (The hotel is a slab with half the rooms facing Old Quebec and the seaway, and half facing away.) This may be a matter... More

Two of us recently stayed at Loews for a vacation the end of June. I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location on the Grand Allee is beautiful; across a side street from a park and adjacent to the battlefield Plains of Abraham. I had signed up for the Loews Club before arriving; definitely do this! It's free!... More

We stayed at the Loews for 3 nights while we were in Quebec City for a conference. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the convention centre and is well situated with many restaurants right outside the door. It is about a 5 minute walk to the gates of the old city as well. The hotel was quite... More

We stayed at Le Concorde for 2 nights, June 17/18 2007. Two adults and two children ages 17 and 20. The hotel was superb, the room was enormous and the staff could not have been more hospitable. Our room was $179.00 not including taxes, and parking ($23.00 daily - valet). Before arriving, become a member of the Loews First club.... More
