My family stayed here for about a week and we loved it. Two adults and two children fit great into the spacious room that had an amazing view of Le Chateau Frontenac. There was an outdoor pool(good size) that was heated very nicely, along with a hottub. There's also great change/shower rooms with a sauna. The hotel is right on... More

Check in was quick and uneventful. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and Bernard met us and helped us to our suite. The suite was essentially two regular rooms with one bathroom and a king size bed and two 42 inch HDTVs. The facilities were dated and in need of an upgrade. Wonderful location. The restaurant L'Astral was... More

We booked a through Hotwire and on check in were advised that this meant we would be in one of the smallest rooms in the hotel and located behind the lifts on the lower floors. We opted to pay $40 dollars a night extra to be upgraded to a larger room. This room was fine on a high floor and... More

Very old! We were offered a smoking room - what a surprise! We took it - I smoke. The hall and the room smelled so bad! The room could of been the best! The view was great! But that was it. The bed covers, the bed skirt, the sofa and the cushions were very used and unpleasant to look at!... More

My husband and I stayed at Lowes for one night. We stayed in Montreal but wanted to visit Quebec city for the day. We loved this city!! Small and quaint. We didnt use room service or eat at the restaurants so we cant rate them. The prices look about average for room service but we preferred to eat at the... More

Came in from Montreal - Le Westin - a true 4 star, also bid same price to this dump Loews le Concorde. I cannot tell you how disappointing this hotel was. This was definitely not a four star experience. 1. Hotel was old. Room 802 was in dire need of a makeover. Not at all indicative of pictures on the... More

Hotel was walking distance to old city of Quebec and Plains of Abraham behind. Overall service was excellent , at book in , consierge, etc and staff were mostly happy to deal in english . One exception was buffet breakfast the morning we left, my partner wanted the eggs benedict which was listed as being part of the buffet, she... More

Stayed at the Loews in Quebec for three nights. The hotel has a good location and is surrounded by many restaurants. The staff at the Reception desk was friendly and attentive. The male concierge was great but the older female concierge could care less. One day I was the only one in line and she never got off the phone... More

This hotel is efficient at having large groups arrive all at once. They will operate the elevators to get everyone up or down quickly. The staff spoke both english and french. They were very patient when dealing with students and were always polite when giving direction. The rooms are a true 5 star, complete with the "Tassimo" type coffee maker.... More

Often, unless an extraordinary rate becomes available either through an online service or direct through a hotel chain, I utilize Priceline. I've pricelines rooms all over the world, in fact, and usually am satisfied with the result. However, there are chains, such as Loews, which relegate priceline customers to their dedicated "priceline" line of rooms, which is usually the dingiest,... More
