I love this hotel! Every single time I have come to this hotel it has been great. Yea, so what, you have to pay to park. In most cities you have to pay to park so I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Loews is always clean and the room comfortable. I liked how the hotel is across... More

The staff at Loews was wonderful. When we would go to the front desk asking questions or to exchange currency they were all very attentive and friendly. They had super attitudes and didn't ever make us feel rushed or like we were bothering them. The staff made me feel very comfortable in this hotel. The doormen, bell hops and front... More

Just a short walk to the free bus that takes you throughout Old Quebec City. The hotel sits high above the old city and the views are fantastic! Only drawback of this hotel is no free WiFi in rooms, but they do have a business center just off the lobby where you can access the internet for free.

I really, really liked this hotel and would definitely want to stay here again if I'm in the area. It is very convenient, clean, comfortable and overall a good value. Just around the corner from this hotel is what I would consider restaurant row. There are so many restaurants that you can literally have your pick of cuisine and price... More

The Good: King room was clean and the TV and view of Old Quebec was fantastic, check in was quick and friendly in both official languages. Location is great and everything is within walking distance. Also this is a very very pet friendly hotel. The Bad: 28.00 for parking and a charge for wireless internet.

I loved this hotel for many reasons: Beautiful, elegant, clean...awesome view of the Old City (request it), fast room service, very friendly staff...one woman went over & beyond to get us a refund on a cruise we decided not to take - once we returned home! They cater to all your needs. As well, across from this hotel is "The... More

This is a fine 3.85 star hotel. Not quite 4, but defintely better than three, and worth the price (as long as it's under $150). The only problem I had was the room was said to have 2 queen beds, but they were 2 double. I like a little more space but it was fine. The room itself was spacious,... More

This hotel is a good value. It's not in the old city but it's next to the busiest clubs in the city. So if you're young or young at heart this is the place to be for nightlife and excellent people-watching. There's a coffee shop across the street and if you want a great lunch or brunch Cosmos Cafe next... More

Overall a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly for the most part. L'Astral revolving restaurant had excellent staff and beautiful views! We booked a queen non-smoking room for our anniversary on Priceline for $105 US /night. The girl at the desk said all that was available was a double bed room in smoking! Obviously we were not happy about that.... More

We got this hotel on Priceline (which was surprising since the hotel turned out to be sold out during our stay). As many have commented, the place is overdue for renovation. The wooden furniture items in our room clearly showed many years of wear. However, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was in good shape; there were no chipped... More
