We started our stay with a check for bed bugs based on some previous reviews. There were none (yippee) but I figured it is useful knowledge to know how to check and I will do it at hotels from now on to be safe. The room was on the 16th floor, was spacious and very comfortable. We had a room... More

One of the finest hotels in Quebec that brings in a fresh feel after a tiresome journey across the Quebec streets. It offers a panoramic old Quebec city view through its suite's window panes. Neat. Grand. Scenic. Spacious and above all Luxurious! It also has a revolving rooftop restaurant L'Astral that offers a 360 degree view. Great buffer; however offers... More

Le Concorde is on the busy stretch of Grande Allée, filled with extremely popular but pretty mediocre bars and restaurants. It is a pretty standard issue business hotel with remarkably nice service. They go out of their way to greet you by name and seemed unfailingly willing to help, whether at the front desk, in the small gym or at... More

Room was nice and had a great view. Nice robes and towels. Elevators are wacked out. Way overpriced items in mini-fridge, as expected. And EVERYTHING was expired. Gross and not what i expected from Loews. Concierge and bellman are useless. They have that la, la, la I'm French... They can't tell you what time the shuttle leaves or when the... More

The Loews Le Concorde appeared tired upon check-in, but the staff were friendly and the hotel met our expectations. Our room was simple and the bed was fine. The views, however, were amazing. During our stay we enjoyed a few spectacular lightning shows through the large windows of our room. The old pipes made a lot of noise in the... More

The hotel is easily located 5 minutes from the old city gates. There is a pool and some exersice room not to great but would do for your fix. You can easily take the electric bus or the regular buses close by and tour the old and new city very easy. Their brunch on the rotative dining room was plentiful... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a beautiful view of the Plains of Abraham. I was worried about the bedbugs and the elevator service, the room was spotless and we checked it thoroughly. The elevators were a minor problem and were quite busy only between 5-6:00 p.m. The concierge was top notch, she really knows her stuff. She... More

Sadly, Loews has allowed a first rate location turn into a neo-dump. If the rate is that low, there must be a reason, alas I did not heed this warning before staying at this has been habitat. Having booked a suite for a four night stay, I expected a room befitting the Loews moniker. Unfortunately, my suite had not been... More

This hotel has some great attributes. The hotel staff was helpful and had no issues communicating in English which I appreciated. My room was large and spotless, couldn’t ask for more. I liked the location; it is steps from numerous dining options, a short walk to the old city and adjacent to the Plains of Abraham. The challenges offset my... More

After reading some of the reviews about bedbugs and elevator service, we were apprehensive about our stay - I'm glad we did not cancel. Stayed for four nights in a one-bedroom suite with two kids. Service was the best we've had anywhere. One of the four elevators was not working - but really, this resulted in minor delays only occasionally.... More
