Location could not be more convenient -- right in the heart of the old city -- nor could the staff have been more friendly, coooperative, or efficient. I had a quiet, wonderful room (#8) overlooking the small garden in the back of the hotel.

There are so many other very nice places in Quebec city, don't bother going there. Extreme rude service. They make mistakes and they overcharge you. Be very careful with your bill.

Comfortable boutique hotel in wonderful location: quiet street near all the action. Ordinary breakfast. Very large room. Difficult stairs. We booked through Inntravel as part of a self-drive tour of Quebec, so aren't sure about the price of individual lodgings.
