I stayed here with my daughter and her college roommate. I have requested a room for myself and a room for my daughter and her friend. I asked for a room with two beds and a room with one bed. We were given two rooms with a double bed in each room. As noted by others the internet connection is... More

The rooms were very clean but rather on the small side, the only place to put our suite case was to block one side of the bed. There was no internet reception in one of our rooms. The walls have no noise barrier, our room was next to a lady who spend hours on the phone preventing us to fall... More

My husband and I had visitors traveling with us from England. We decided to book this hotel for two nights. Initially the rooms were adequate. On the morning of the second day we asked if we could stay a third night. We were told certainly, but one of the two couples would have to move to a smaller room -... More

the room is much too small for a couple. You barely have space to move around. the breakfast is served on separate tables,as in a motel so there is no interaction with other guests as it should be in a B&B The owner was not very friendly

The auberque was very nice and comfortable. I arrived during the day and the owner, who uses a private part of the aubergue, was there and welcomed me very well and told me how to move in the city. The aubergue is somewhat distant from Quebec but there many bus nearby. Theu don't have breakfast but they give you a... More

We enjoy staying in the lovely hotel. The owner is very warm and helpful. The room is very clean and quiet in the evening. The hotel is near bus 800 and bus 801, so it is very convinient to go to almost everywhere of the city.

We booked this Hotel which was just outside Quebec city. So you must have a car although there is a bus service. I had checked into nice restaurants and made notes. I asked the manager which one was best and with that he directed us to a small local restaurant in the neighborhood. That was a nice touch as it... More

The AUBERGE MAISON ROY was newly remodeled and the rooms were 'cute'. However, the owner gave us only one of the four breakfast vouchers and was less than helpful. The hotel is NOT within walking distance of Old Quebec. I would not stay there again because of him and not because of the facilities.
