We recently stayed three nights, and found the B&B a short walk from everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was quiet and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Our hostess Catherine was most welcoming, and fluent in both English and French. Since we're trying to improve our "second language", this was most helpful. The breakfasts were great, and we... More

We stayed in the lovely B&B for two nights and it was good. Location is great (just off a very busy street but fast no noise), no parking but there is a parking a few minutes away for the place. The owner Catherine is friendly, very french-style with a strong personality. Not everybody will like her style, for sure. At... More

There were 4 of us who stayed at this lovely B&B for 3 nights at the end of September. Catherine was very friendly, accommodating when we had a late arrival, and very helpful when suggesting things to do. The B&B was close to one of the main streets but yet you could not hear any street traffic. The beds were... More

We stayed at this B & B for 3 nights. The location was very good and Catherine was really friendly. She could not do enough to please us. We locked our key in our room and had to give her a call. She was out shopping and wanted to come home right away. We explained that it was not necessary.... More

This B&B is OK. The location is excellent, the room I had was nice and comfortable. The owner had a strong personnality. I felt a bit uneasy with her but other people may get along with her. Anyway she was nice person, and knows Quebec and the area very well.

We stayed there in early August for two nights. It's expensive and the parking is complicated around that location. The owner/operator was a little too quick to give us her list of quirky issues: check in at a very narrow timeframe, shoes on her floors, too late for breakfast, too many people showing up for breakfast at the same time... Great location, lots of historic flavor, but nicely remodeled with modern plumbing and electricity. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Catherine made us feel welcome. She helped us make several reservations, and suggested restaurants and activities. For breakfast, she makes excellent coffee, and her omelets are inspiring. We enjoyed the other guests we met at breakfast, including one couple... More

This little B&B is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. The hostess gave lots of advice on where to go and visit and how to get there, she also helped book the attractions so we would not have to pay extra transaction costs. The breakfast was delicious with enough variety to satisfy any fussy eaters.

We stayed in the l'orignal room. The room was small and rather dusty and the ensuite shower room was dirty - stains on the toilet and hairs on the floor. Furthermore we were provided with an old, fusty smelling shower mat. The room did have an air conditioning unit, but as mentioned by other reviewers it was extremely noisy. We... More
