Quite expensive prices for very outdated rooms and shared bathroom. Rooms on the street side loud in the evening/night and ventilator-fan also loud in the room. Host very friendly, maybe a little bit too much... Payment ONLY cash ! Not mentioned in the reservation !

Did not stay at the hotel but the owners very kindly ushered us inside for tea and biscuits to shelter us from the rain during a short thunder storm. Great hospitality even for non guests! Very kind indeed.

This place is a gem: affordable, centrally located and run by the sweetest couple on the planet. My son and I spent four night for the Festival d'Ete and Madame Balti was always ready with a home-cooked meal, a kind word and -- after we got to know her a bit -- a wisecrack. She and her husband speak enough... More

$35 fixed cab fare from airport, door was locked but was answered immediately. We were served tea and cookies upon arrival and conversed with owner. He shared special treats with us after we shared some of ours with him. Room was 15 x 15. Our room had shower, sink, and toilet in bathroom. Shower was fully tiled and had a... More

This is a lovely B&B in the heart of Old Quebec City - right on the main street. You can easily walk to all of the key attractions in the city. All rooms are upstairs, so you need to carry bags (no elevator). The food is very good, and the furnishings are nice. My room on the 3rd floor faced... More

My husband surprised me with a weekend away for my birthday and we stayed at the B & B Saint-Louis. The property was very centrally located on rue Saint Louis letting us explore the city by foot. Our room was small but efficient and had everything we needed. The decor seemed a bit out of date and things in the... More

We stayed 3 nights here, was reasonably comfortable and good breakfasts. Great location, you can walk to everything, just up the street from the Chateau Frontenac, inside the old walled city. The hosts were very nice and as helpful as they could be given their (limited) English. I would rate the rooms as basic, with not much space, no air... More

Stayed 3 nights in the B+B in old town. Very noisy, walls paper thin. Staircase very steep. One of the tiniest bathrooms ever. Smelly bath towels. Beds were ok. Breakfast was just alright, banana should never be in fruit juice. Hosts pleasant enough with limited English, happy to help as best they could. Great location in a beautiful city.

The signs outside the place were almost non-existant, so we were lucky to have gps or we'd have driven right past it. Parking was horrendous. We parked on the street above the auberge and paid for 15 minutes. We registered with the hosts, who did not speak much English but were very warm and welcoming. They gave us a private... More

We booked a shared-bathroom bedroom and we were put in the top floor which has three other rooms and one sizable bathroom. Everything was well maintained and the bathroom was clean. There was also a sink in the room - good for brushing teeth. The owners (a couple) were very friendly and they prepared and served home-made breakfast in the... More
