I'm on Day 3 of a four day booking at Port-Royal and I cannot recommend it more highly. We booked a last minute deal and drove 30 hours from Minneapolis to make our first visit to Quebec City. The hotel is easy to find, check-in was a breeze, and we were stunned by how beautiful and spacious our corner room... More

stayed at this hotel on business. Last minute booking on line. What a great place!! Superb service and great location The rooms are new and still keep a touch of old Quebec at the same time. I fully recommend this hotel for business of vacations!!

We really liked this place! The location is easy to find, with lots of parking right in front. Note: they ask you leave your keys at the front desk. The hotel staff is pleasant and friendly, and were eager to assist in both french or english. Both the upper and lower parts of Vieux Quebec are easily accessible by foot.... More

When looking for hotels, I picked the Port-Royal only based on what I saw on their web site. The good news is that the site doesn't do justice to the hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel easy to find in Quebec City, and it's located perfectly for easy access to the cruise terminal. The suites are beautifully done and... More

Not even close to being your typical lodging. 27 steps from our outside window to the bathing area. Great entertainment system. Kitchenette. Great bed--and in the lower village of a marvelous city. The staff are very client savvy, co operative and pro active to assure you of an excellent stay. There is a nice lounge area and restaurant as part... More

We spent three days at the Port Royale and loved the location which was close to the cruise terminal as well as to the bus stops for the little electric bus that takes you up to the higher part of town for $2 per trip. It is within walking distance of the railway station too. The staff were brilliant and... More

Centrally located. Short walk to the hotel from the bus/rail station. Welcome drink coupons were much appreciated. We had some issue with AC in our room. We reported this to the manager at site on our check out day. He promptly refunded a part of our tarriff. It was indeed a praise worthy gesture. Many eataries around. Noticed an Italian... More

We stayed at the Le Port Hotel in Quebec for one night before a cruise. The hotel is quite reasonable and had lovely rooms. Breakfast was included in our rate. It is very convenient to the port (only 1 and half blocks away) also to a bus that is great for seeing the sights. We took the bus for a... More

I stayed at le Port Royal one night in November before boarding a cruise. Great location across the street by the cruise port. My Classic Suite was huge, had a full kitchen, comfortable bed, large tv, and good sized bathroom. Hotel seemed fairly new yet was in an old building so had some antique touches. Included breakfast was awesome with... More

the central location of this hotel is nice,,there is a great fountain and access to old Q.C less than 100 feet away. my room had a horrid view of a gasoline station.,,it is not the easiest place for parking , the cab driver had to circle the block to find the only entrance through a blocked off parking lot exit...
