We stayed here for three nights to tour Quebec City and loved it. Elizabeth is a very attentive owner who wants to ensure you get the best out of your visit. The bus service is great from right outside so we didn't use our car and the recommendations for eating out were spot on. Our room was a little small... More

Though La Victorienne Urbaine looks like an average home from the front, it was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable inside. We enjoyed the breakfast there quite a bit, especially the smoothies and the crepes. Both mornings, I was hungry after the meal and had to get a snack out because I was uncertain whether our hostess would be offended that her... More

Lovely comfortable home away from home. Elisabeth is very charming and so willing to help you find your away around, from restaurants to the best city sights. The breakfast is amazing made with local produce from the old market. Our room and bathroom were so spacious and immaculate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot away from the... More

I was planning a weekend getaway for my mom and I and came across a great deal here on Travelocity. We weren't expecting much beyond a bed to sleep on and something to eat in the morning. We got soooooo much more. The room was amazing, the bathroom and shower spacious and great light. Elizabeth is so exceptional, friendly and... More

My husband and I spent three nights here this past weekend and absolutely enjoyed it. Elisabeth is extremely welcoming and has a great depth of knowledge about Quebec. As everyone mentions, the breakfasts are amazing - very gourmand! Maggie, Elisabeth's golden retriever, is also a wonderful hostess - she will stare into your soul and appreciates attention - which we... More

Elizabeth is really great. She has a lot of passion for what she does and Quebec. She will sit you down once you have settled in to provide you with maps, nearby eateries, what to see, what to do, and how to get to these places. She provides a wonderful breakfast which changes every day. We were there 3 nights... More

We only stayed one night at La Victorienne Urbaine, but I would have been happy to stay longer! Elizabeth (owner) is super knowledgeable about the area. She sat us down with a map and guidebook before we set out to explore ("listen first, and ask questions after I finish"-- she's a professional!), which was super helpful. As a pretty serious... Elisabeth was a fantastic host and her breakfasts are amazing. They are definitely worthy of a place in an upmarket restaurant/hotel. Each day was different, with homemade fruit smoothies plus a fruit starter (eg: gingerbread with raspberry coulis) and then an imaginative cooked main such as aubergine and cumin fritters with dipping sauce. She also gave us a comprehensive explanation... More

A beautiful, stylish house and an immaculate, comfortable home. Our 2-night stay was wonderful, and Elisabeth did everything possible to make our first visit to Quebec city rewarding. Breakfasts were delicious, wholesome and imaginative. The bus service is excellent, and it's a very quick journey to the city walls/Vieux-Quebec. We really enjoyed meeting and talking to Elisabeth who was friendly,... More

This B & B is a beautiful house that is immaculate. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess who made us feel very much at home. She gave us excellent information, maps and bus schedules. She sat down with us and explained it all to us. She was very helpful and puts on a wonderful breakfast. We had a banana/pineapple smoothie, crepes... More
