Loved this place - close to Metro station - staff were great and rooms were fabulous. I did have a suite but still it was outstanding. Went when the weather was -41C so we wanted to not have to walk far to go anywhere. In downtown so you could get everywhere. Breakfast was good. Basically this is nothing i did... More

This is an outstanding little boutique hotel in the heart of Montreal. 5 min walk to the Old Town, 20 min walk to McGill University, and within sight of the Hotel Inter Continental. Great Concierge /Front Desk staff. They had spot on recommendations for Restaurants, and estimated our hike to the top of Mont Royal to within 5 min.. The... More

Stayed at the Dauphin for two nights to catch a Canadiens game in March. The hotel mistakenly sent us to a room that was not ready and to make it up gave us a suite on the top floor. The staff were very helpful if recommending places to go and you could buy wine from them at the desk. The... More

My husband and I took a road trip to Montreal and we stayed at the Hotel Le Dauphin for 3 nights in October 2014. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again! Check-In: Upon our arrival we received great service from the front desk for both helping us to figure out parking, checking us... More

This hotel in downtown Montréal is a hop, skip and a jump from Ste. Catherine's street and also from Old Montréal and a few minutes' walk from Chinatown. Ideally located with courteous personnel, spacious, modern rooms and is walking distance from most attractions and services.

We had an appointment at the US Consulate in Montreal and needed a place in the area. When we came across this boutique hotel, we were really pleased with the price and amenities. Upon arrival, we felt welcome and safe. The weather was horrendously cold and this affected our travels around the city. The room was tastefully decorated and they... More

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the Palais des congres du Montreal (convention centre). I knew that it wasn't going to be the ritz at $125 per night (inc breakfast). I was very pleasantly surprised. with a bit of juggling of rooms by the very nice receptionist An early check in was no problem (we arrived at 11.15am ..... More

Hotel was great. Good breakfast and the times that they were open 6am-10am fit into everyone's schedule. It is a 10-15 walk from everything you need. Only downfall was parking. They point you to the convention center parking which is close (within 2 blocks) that is if you can get out of the confusing maze there. It is a trendy... More

Amazing hotel! Early check-in, spacious room with iMac computer and Apple TV. No carpets! The staff is young and dynamic, really helpful. I felt at home immediately. No corporate atmosphere like at other major brands, staff recognized me and greeted me when I would pass the front desk. They have parking at the hotel but the spots are limited. I... More

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
