This is a great location with the metro not too far away and old Montreal very close. Chinatown is less than two blocks away. Parking garage is nearby, clean and safe. Hotel was very clean, modern/ energy efficient but extremely comfortable. Added bonus- the continental breakfast was actually had a very good. Would definitely go back!!!

We stayed 1 night at this hotel to attend a concert since the location is great. The hotel was very quiet, didn't seem to have a lot of guests staying that weekend. The room was modern and clean. We loved the glass shower! A continental breakfast was included. The public parking was across the street and we had to pay... More

I stayed at the Hotel Dauphin for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. It's a great boutique hotel with modern finishes and touches that made my stay more enjoyable than a big chain hotel. The staff was pleasant and happy to help if you had a question or needing something for the room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very... More

I sayed here as a recommended hotel for a conference in the nearby Centre. No complaints at all. Check-in & out was efficient, room very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast fine. Sure there's no hot options, but all you can eat in terms of cereals, bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese, etc. The historical district is only a 10-15 walk, and... More

I had the room on the 9th floor and loved it! It was large and spacious. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment is the breakfast. The online description of the breakfast sounded promising but what we found was the usual low quality tea and coffee, no fresh bread or bagel, cold boiled eggs, melange of pre-cut melon, i.e. the... Good location right next to the convention center (and Place D'Armes metro stop). 5 minutes walk to Notre Dame, 10 minutes walk to the restaurants on rue Ste. Paul. It's the other side of the square from the Intercontinental. Modern clean rooms, good easy-to-operate shower, comfy king bed, wifi, etc. Helpful front desk staff. Acceptable breakfast. Great value for money.

I stayed at the Hotel Dauphin for 8 nights while attending a conference at the Palais de Congres convention center. The hotel is a minute's walk from the convention center. While not cheap, it is priced reasonably compared with the bigger hotels in the area. I saw or heard about several other hotels that my colleagues were staying in, and... More

Although new, modern, boutique hotel on great location this hotel is very badly maintained. Dirty with small rooms and rude staff. Worst experience was the construction that was going on right out of our first floor room, terrible noise from 5:30am and gas fumes that nobody had told us about when we checked in. Don't stay there!!!

It is a good hotel, and is close to a lot of interesting locations. The included breakfast is nice, the service is good, and the rooms are clean. The neighborhood is decent, but not great. Parking is two blocks away, which can be a pain. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Le Dauphin is one of the many boutique hotels I have visited in Montreal, and most certainly one of the best. Everything was very neat, very tidy, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. We ended up staying in a standard room on account of Montreal being completely booked that weekend, but even then, the room was extremely nice... More
