Great value for money - no frills but neat , clean and extremely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok for the price we paid for the room unfortunately coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken during our visit . Would stay again on our next trip to Montreal .

We stayed at Hotel Dauphin Montreal Downtown last December 31st. What a nice surprise ! I was not expecting much considering the perfect location and the reasonable price for the room, but OMG ! The room was spacious and so cozy ! The decoration is just perfect and makes you feel like smiling and staying in the room. My two... More

This hotel is right in the centre of Montreal and I was very pleased to see that all of the attractions we wished to see were within walking distance, or just a short subway ride away. This hotel is right next to the Palais du Congress so if you are going to a convention or something it would be perfect.... More

Dear Tharcour , We are glad to see you had a great stay at our hotel! We are in the middle of everything, in one of Montreal's best location but on a very quiet street. Everything is walking distance. We appreciate your comments about the bathtub and a restaurant, as for the bathtub please note that we do have bathtubs... More

A very average hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in October 2015. Location: Excellent Location. About 300 metres from Palais du Congres. So if you are there for a convention, this is definitely worth it. Also less than a km from Old Montreal and Old Port. So for sight seeing this is a very convenient location. Metro is about 500 m... More

We arrived Mon 28.9.15 for 4 nights. Everything was ok!! In good order and very nice apple mac computer in room and reception area, not that we used them. However, the décor is positively dull grey 2 tones. The Hotel is totally lacking in atmosphere, it's bland. Breakfast good too!! Staff were very helpful on being asked. If you want... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights here. The room was modern and very clean. The room had its own iMac and wifi was free. B Continental breakfast was served on the main floor. Food was good- cereal, toast, cheese sticks, fruit, coffee, juice, yogurt. - but there could have been a bit more selection. Location was excellent! We could... More

I would definitely recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Montreal. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and the same to Vieux Montreal. The room was very comfortable. Booked this hotel due to the good reviews and the price couldn't be beat. Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
