I see some reviewers concerned about the neighbourhood. It is a university type environment. you can walk downtown in 20-30 minutes. lots of restaurants around. in the summer, ride a bike. a bit pricey at 175. nice breakfast. rooms are large and clean but not luxurious. overall it is fine if you want a B and B.
