Good hotel at a typical Novotel standard; my room was massive, quiet and clean. Very rich breakfast for about 16 CAD. Don't get fooled by the hotel's name --- it is NOT at the airport although it's not far from it (but the taxi drive there takes ages as the road goes round the runaway). When I got there there... I wasn't sure if I should write a review or not. I mean I have nothing good or bad to say about this hotel. It delivers EXACTLY in accordance to the Novotel brand. Clean, Comfortable, a little Contemporary, a bit of French flair, Comfortable and decent food/drink. If that's what you need, this is what you'll get. NOTE : This... More

I travel to Montreal frequently and alternate between Novotel downtown and the airport. My most recent stay was at the airport. It's close to the terminal, but in the techno park so not much to do. If you have a car, there are restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is decent for dinner, but kind of depends on the chef that... More

After waiting 30 minutes for the van, I was told I should have called (nothing about that on their site), no apology. The buses in Mexico are better than the van that ultimately picked me up. The hotel is quite far from the airport and there is no where to eat other than the substandard restaurant. My room must have... More

Checked in around 10pm, staff was courteous, polite and fast. Suprised with a stocked and free minibar. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and filled with soaps, shampoos anD lotions. Checked out early no problems.

Unfortunately I can corroborate Tony L.'s experience as my family and I stayed here for 1 night on March 10th, 2015. My whole family was assaulted out of a deep sleep at around 12:45 AM by the loud blasting of what sounded like freight train horns. We thought the building was coming down around us it was that loud. I... More

The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. However.... Unbelievable and astounding is the screaming blow horns of the trains that passed through the night during my recent one night stay. I was awoken the first time at 2:30am, followed by another, and then another at 4:00am. I couldn't believe my ears so I got up and stared at the train... More

We stayed here for 2 nights when we all flights were cancelled due to a storm. Rooms are clean and modern, pool was small but nice and the restaurant was good. Shuttles need to be pre booked but were good. We were coming back from the Caribbean so we weren't able to venture out much and there was absolutely nothing... More

This (10 minute taxi drive from the airport) hotel tends to break the traditional mold in that the rooms are large and have an airy feel with somewhat minimalist but attractive modern decor. The service was generally good both at the reception and the restaurant,, and the 24 hour gym, while being on the small side was well maintained. Individual... More

We stayed for one night with several other family members on the same floor. The front desk was very accommodating in getting us 3 rooms next to each other. We were visiting relatives who live in the area. I don't think I would choose this hotel as a home base for touring around Montreal though. The rooms are clean, spacious... More
