My bf and I stayed here during a weekend getaway to Montreal and loved it. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast was prepared fresh every morning by Lynne who is a wonderful cook. We stayed in the Vienna room which was the perfect size for two people. The bathroom for this room is shared which scared me at first (I... More

I found Angelica Blue on TripAdvisor. We were actually booked to a different B&B not too far away. It was also a good B&B, but I just had to cancell that one and book here after reading the reviews Angelica Blue. We're both SO glad we did!. Everything I read here about the B&B, the rooms, Lyne and Robert was... More

Spent one night at this quaint B&B. Rooms are nicely decorated, breakfast was delicious. The owner Lyne makes you feel right at home. Walking distance to many attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Angelica Blue as a little one-night getaway and we had the most amazing stay. The Victorian room we had reserved wasn't ready for us so Lyn upgraded us to the Royal room - so beautiful. The jacuzzi tub was great and the best was one of the most comfortable I've slept in for a... More

We were greated by Diane who is friends with the hostess who was away at the time. She is so sweet and friendly, she made us feel quite welcome immediately. She informed us with everything we needed to know and showed us our room which was the Vienna room. A cozy comfortable room with high ceilings and historic details like... More

Well now, I stayed with Lynne and Robert for one night in Oct 2014 while on a road trip through Canada and the USA. I found this gem on Trivago and after seeing the glowing TA comments I was happy to make a booking. After inching through the heavy rush hour Montreal traffic and finally arriving I was met by... My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The proprietors were welcoming and the breakfast was phenomenal. The location was great as we were traveling without a car. Close to great restaurants and metro lines.

We stayed two nights at Angelica Blue, where Lyne made us feel very welcome and appreciated. She waited up for us the first night when flights and traffic made us late, and gave great advice regarding things to do, places to eat, driving directions and how to avoid parking tickets! The B&B is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and very centrally... More

My wife and i stayed for two nights in early June. We arrived in a hire car, after unloading the cases Lyn led me round to the free private parking at the back of the house. The street has a police station at one end and the exotic sex shops on St Catherine at the other otherwise it is all... More

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
