Myself and two girlfriends who hadn't gotten together in over 20 years went to Montreal to catch up for the weekend. Lyne new all our needs and what we wanted to achieve before booking us into the exact perfect scenario for our 3 night visit. The floor we stayed on was perfectly set up for our get together needs. Our... More

I've just finished my 2 night stay while in Montreal for a business trip. I confess I am normally a hotel kind of guy but came to Angelica Blue at the recommendation of a friend. To say I was pleased is an understatement! Everything is clean, my room was large, comfortable and nicely appointed. The area is very quiet, I... More

Lynn and Robert serve an excellent homemade breakfast. Spacious, clean and tastefully furnished bedrooms. You can do most things (Mont Royal, Old City, riverside, Quartier Latin, Underground World, China Town, etc) by walking

Room was comfortable but we had to go in to the hall for the bathroom‼️ Breakfast was delicious and made to order daily ‼ different menu every day‼️ Lynne and Robert ( the inn keepers) were very hospitable and accommodating ‼️ Free parking in the city is rare ‼️ Walk to everything‼️ I showed an interest in a silicone baking... Very well situated in downtown Montreal-very convenient to shopping, Old Montreal and the Metro. Lynne even helped to show where to park our car. Wish my friend & I could have talked with her more but she was very busy that day. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Montreal and need a great location to... More

This is a lovely place to stay. The team there are really keen to make people feel at home. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Positioned perfectly for the attractions and restaurants of Montreal. Parking is a huge benefit in the centre of the city. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location. Great breakfasts, helpful, kind hosts! Near Metro stops, old town, Chinatown, Place Jacques Cartier. We had the Beach room which had its own bath. King bed AND a single bed which made if a little cramped, but turned out to be a blessing. The King bed was so tall I couldn't get onto it...(recent knee surgery). If you... More

A very good experience. Starting the the room, which was cozy, comfortable and clean.I had the "Beach" room. It also had a TV, and the bed was amazing, I slept like a baby. The bathroom was great, very clean, and the Jacuzzi was very stress relieving. The location of this B&B is also excellent, just a walking distance from the... More

I had one of the best stays in my life here. Rate: Cheaper by 10-30 percent than nearby hotels. Rooms: Clean and spacious. Bath: You can choose private or shared. Even shared bathrooms are cleanly maintained. (Skylight in room Royal on the top floor, I first thought I forgot to turn off lights). Public space: There are a living area... More

We stayed here the first week of August. The B&B is perfectly located due to it's proximity to the old port and all the other attractions in Montreal. Lyne, the owner, is definitely on my short list of coolest people I have ever met. Her hospitality and personality made it tough to leave. The complimentary breakfasts are delicious and Lyne's... Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
