Me and my wife were supposed to stay in this hotel for one night. We've checked in and went to sleep around 11pm. At about 1am I woke up from itching. Initially, I thought of mosquitoes, but nothing was flying around. So we turned on the lights quickly, took away the bed sheets and the pillows, and saw.. 5 huge... More

I would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention via the Tripadvisor network. We take these issues very seriously and if it does occur it is contained and dealt with it immediately. Travellers are exposed to potential bed bug presence on plane, buses etc. and can bring the insects to the hotel. In order to protect us... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Location of this hotel is really good !! Most of the restaurants and shopping places are nearby. They have their own restaurant too. Free parking, free breakfast, good speed WiFi, swimming pool and good room service. I would love to stay here again.

Quality Hotel is located in a residential / business neighborhood, near a highway. The lobby and rooms were a bit dated, but clean. The staff was helpful. The meals in the kosher restaurant were very good. I was there with a group of 46 people, and everyone enjoyed their stay.

The hotel has less stars that showed in entrance. Poor breakfast. But smells, not a lot very clean. .... Dangerous plug in. Really, the management doesn't care in doing it comfortable place. The guest must be happy when it's outside at home. The only good thing the price.

This hotel was in a very bad disgusting neighbourhood! The rooms were also very disgusting. The drapes were falling off, the baseboard heater was falling apart, the beds were very uncomfortable and old, carpet was dirty and stained, bathroom tile grout was black from not being cleaned, the shower/tub was a mess, toilet close to the wall you can hardly... Was an ok stay. Bed was comfy, pillows were small and lumpy. Could've been cleaned a lot better. Even in the hall was LOTS of dirt and dust in corners and on floors. Main lobby is ok, but hallways and elevator were dingy and kinda creepy. When we went to shower in the morning, there was next to no water... More

I was on a trip to visit 4 cities in Canada and Montreal was the last city. We booked for 3 nights via Hotels.com and paid $333 in winter (which is not high season) Once we arrived the reception offered us a room in the 5th floor. There was only buttons for 4 floor on the elevator, so we get... More

If you book on Priceline they will give you the old small queen bed rooms in the corner of hotel, there is always noise at night people smoking weed, playing loud music, got woken up in middle of the night a few times. would not recommend this place at all, for a few bucks more you can stay at rubi... I grew up close to this area and must have passed this hotel 100's of times without going in, never had a need to. I moved to Toronto 30 years ago, but always had family to stay with every time i returned home. This time it was different. My brother and I, later to be joined by our grown children... More

We just got back from Montreal where we stayed at the reasonably priced Quality Hotel Midtown. I was a bit hesitant of staying there after reading some negative reviews, but I can now say for myself that those reviews were not fair. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel lobby was very nice, our room with a comfortable king... More
