We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. Our latest stay was for our wedding, which was held in the hotel's penthouse suite. This is an ideal place to celebrate a small, intimate wedding. The staff were super attentive in planning all the details leading up the wedding and were great to work with on... More

We spend there 3 days. Location is good if you are looking to stay close of old Montreal or the harbor or don't mind to walk or take taxis to business area or the social area of rue st Catherine or most museums. Our rooms was really big (small dining area, living room for 4 people, 2 screens, bethroom and... More

Found this hotel on trip advisor and really enjoyed being there. Helpful, friendly staff, from the doormen to the front desk to the service folks. Atrium is beautiful area for breakfast with nice buffet. The room and bathroom were large, clean, and luxurious. Concierge helped me on the phone before we arrived and was very helpful there. Old Montreal location... More

We stayed in a Petit Suite on a Thurs-Sun night .. I read about the noise issues and specifically requested a quiet room - knowing that this meant there would be no view. There wasn't but the room was gorgeous .. King bed, seperate jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. The first night I was awakened by what sounded like... More

Not a hint of stuffiness at this terrific, welcoming, upscale hotel. Beautifully appointed, romantic, nicely located in the old port area of Montreal (making it a relaxing retreat after a day of urban adventures). Just outstanding in every respect, and we truly can't wait to go back. Kudos and thank you to the staff. Merci!

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. The hotel was very clean, the room was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice (they speak English too). The concierge, specifically Natalia was very helpful. She had a great personality and helped us navigate the city as well as find and make dinner reservations. The... More

My wife and I recently had two nights in the Hotel Nelligan as a romantic summer weekend getaway. The hotel was very quaint with exposed brick giving that lovely feeling you are in the old part of the city. The rooms were very clean and luxurious. We had a suite on the 2nd floor facing Rue St. Paul and everything... More

This is an upscale hotel with a nice location in the old town, but I was disappointed in the room. For the two of us there were no luggage racks and there wasn't room for them anyway. Not much space on one side of the bed so my sister kept bumping into the corner of the wooden base of the... More

Recently rehabbed, this hotel is beautiful. It was rainy and the fireplace in the room was a lovely touch that we used a lot. The lobby bar was warm, tastefully laid out and comfortable. Verses is the hotel restaurant and the food was exceptionally good. I would highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.

We just returned from a four night stay at the Hotel Nelligan in Montreal. The hotel is situated in the Old City. It is a great location once you have the valet park your car for the remainder of your stay. This is a lively and congested area. Everything you need is within walking distance or use the Metro.
