Very nice hotel in Old Montreal. Not as luxurious as some in the neighborhood but at a much more reasonable price. Beautiful high ceilings, very clean, staff were very accommodating. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at LHotel for a week in early October. The hotel is lovely--though the entrance is a little funky. The staff members are so friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. We enjoyed the bar at night after dinner, and we enjoyed the breakfast (which came with our room). The breakfast is continental but includes both boiled and... More

The LHotel exceeded our expectations from the minute we arrived at the front and were greeted by the doorman and escorted us to the front desk. the staff upgraded our room to a beautiful suite. We were able to valet park our car at a convenient parking garage and walk to restaurants and sights in Old Montreal City. The staff... More

I visited the LHotel in old Montreal and was treated to an experience beyond my expectations. It is a feast for the senses staying in an art hotel. Being surrounded by the works of Chagal, Margarette, and others is an experience that lifts one's spirits and makes you feel grand. Evenings in the lobby/lounge were magical due to Nickolas. He... My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and chose this hotel because of location. Its proximity to both Old Montreal and shopping on St. Catherine's is excellent. You can walk anywhere from LHotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is impecably clean and rooms are so spacious. Our only complaint would be the parking. There is no specific hotel... More

We spent a week here as a family while my husband attended a conference. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and nice - every one made the effort to make us feel at home and I have never experienced that type of genuine hospitality in a hotel before. The beds were comfortable and the shower good. Wifi worked well. The... More

I have stayed in L'hotel for one nigh while visiting customers in Montreal. From the outside the hotel looks nice and as you walk in through a bunch of stairs, the lobby is small but functional. The checkin desk is on the right and the hotel has a single slow elevator which can e a bottle-neck during peak times. The... More

Staff was very helpful. Location was terrific -- half a block from the St. James Hotel -- three blocks from.Notre Dame Free wireless. A little on the pricey side, though (I paid $260) -- but Montreal seems to be pretty pricey. The "business center" is in the same room with the "fitness center" -- which makes it a little impractical... More

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at LHotel this past weekend. From the moment Nicholas rushed to greet us as we parked the car to the gracious dining staff who made a last-minute breakfast so enjoyable, the staff of this hotel merits a 5-star listing. The hotel never felt crowded or noisy, although it I overheard the receptionist... More

We stayed in a suite for a night, and it was very nice. Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Continental breakfast was included. Staff was very professional and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again, but only for a special occasion as it is more on the expensive side.
